GTIF Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Injured apparently. Now there's a buckin surprise. Not.
StanSP Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Back injury. Presuming a recurrence of previous back injuries?
MPH Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 Ahahahahaha! Working too hard in training... Bending down too oftento get the ball out of the net blah blahblah Let's get it all out of the way before the game... You know the flask brigade will be saying itall like they are the first people to ever say it...
Jimmy Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 I suffer with a bad back and its always worse in winter and can flare up at any time or go a long long time without any trouble, there's nothing you can do really, except maybe take up Yoga
DB11 Posted 29 November 2010 Posted 29 November 2010 So who was in goal during the warm up? I thought it was Kirkland
armstonfox Posted 30 November 2010 Posted 30 November 2010 Shock. Wonder if he will ever play a game for us?
carterfox90 Posted 30 November 2010 Posted 30 November 2010 was to be expected really was'nt it

Chrysalis Posted 30 November 2010 Posted 30 November 2010 better to happen now then after he played a few games for us.
Jimmy Posted 30 November 2010 Posted 30 November 2010 Valium I'm guessing that might be on the banned substance list
MC Prussian Posted 30 November 2010 Posted 30 November 2010 Really back at Wigan (for a medical check-up, I suppose)? Shame, his presence should add more pressure on Weale, who needs some competition for a starting spot.
LukeyZade Posted 30 November 2010 Posted 30 November 2010 mrs and her father are wiganers (pie people) ive been to a few games at the d.w to be fair hes a hit and miss, everytime he made a save i always see him holding his back. and a few of em said take him hes gone sh*t all of a sudden. wont be long before he retires
dannythefox Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 120Grand we paid to get him here it will be a complete waste of money.
OmnipresentSam Posted 1 December 2010 Posted 1 December 2010 If Weale keeps his Forest-like performances up, we won't need Kirkland. It was just too obvious that this injury would happen!

Agree stick with weale and will do fine i rate him but am notsure sven does because he keeps trying to bring other keepers.
broughtonblue Posted 6 December 2010 Posted 6 December 2010 Sky sports just reported Kirkland has gone back to Wigan for treatment on his back. Weale and Logan it is then!
Wymsey Posted 6 December 2010 Posted 6 December 2010 Is this bad news then considering Weale's on/off performances?
Petchy Posted 6 December 2010 Posted 6 December 2010 I think people are getting their wires crossed though. Kirkland went back to Wigan when the injury first occurred for assessment and treatment, so this is nothing new. But as far as I'm aware, he is still 'on loan to Leicester' until there comes a point where the loan cannot carry on due to him being injured for a longer period of time.
Liamlcfc1 Posted 7 December 2010 Posted 7 December 2010 Chris Kirkland could be back for saturday says Ian Stringer IS Twitter The 'Evening Post' in the North West reporting that Chris Kirkland had a back spasm and will return to #LCFC this week and could feature Sat
