Huth the difference for me!

We just seem more settled and confident since he's been in the team. A fantastic signing in my opinion.

I have to admit I was concerned about his coming back from a long injury, but he's clearly Prem quality. Clearly better than any of our other centre backs.

It would be good to keep him if at all possible.

Premiership experience!... Something we needed to get sorted in the SUMMER transfer window!... And didn't....

Well Albrighton but then weirdly proceeded to never play him

Upson has bags of prem experience

If we do clinch survival one of our first moves next summer should be to get Huth signed up permanently. A solid, composed defender and you can't help but feel we'd be in a higher position now had we had him from day 1.

No nonsense and reliable, our best player today along with Schlupp & Albrighton for me.

Hopefully you mean 2nd half schlupp not first half schlupp...

I have just finished watching city on skys SNF , after being out all day...not just ' out', but " out out".

The whole game, I was thinking, only if..!!

Agreeing with all posts on this thread...but .adding the what if..?

What if we had , had Huth and Was (not wes) since December playing together, even if our midfield were poor, these two would have saved us points.

What if Vardy and Nugent had found their premierleague legs in January.

What if Albrighton had started his city career on good decent performances.

What if young Schlupp had found early consistency.

The last 7 games brings a last big IF with them.....IF Pearson can look beyond Wes Morgan, for the run in.

This season hes gone to ground several times, and the oppostion has scored. He has been found wanting imo in his postioning sense.

Shame really his first 5-7 games he stood his ground, but he has been central to all our defensive mistakes since.

If it was L.Moore I would say..ok thats Youth, but Morgan is over a certain age.

That said, its not saying Morgan couldnt serve us well next season, but at the moment.....those close ups, seems to show,

hes lost confidence and is not commanding the backline, his teammates are not listening to him, but others.

I may be wrong and misinterpretting what I see coming over the tv.Others fans who see him from the terraces might see

it different.

thats a joke right?

Why? Were you at the game? End product sometimes lacking (as per usual) but the switch to 3-5-2 meant he was the most influential player on the pitch in the second half. Completely changed the dynamic of the game.

A decent 10/15 mins in the second half and suddenly becomes the Best player on the pitch, we will just ignore the rest of the game shall we

He was one of our better players in the second half, first half he was poor but for all the second half he caused WBA problems.

Absolutely class, was much needed. Shame we didn't sign someone of his quality in the summer. He just shows how far off the required levels our other defenders are.
