If he doesn't want to sign then we'll have to look for alternatives, if he does want to sign we can start preparations for next season. We don't want to be going until the end of July not knowing what he's doing as that will hinder our pre season.

You would have to be pretty fooking naive to think there haven't been some form of discussions though wouldn't you? Why people feel the club have to inform them of every single thing is beyond me. I am sure those that matter are all aware of where things are at.

VLC86 Posted 30 June 2015 Posted 30 June 2015 Went to the San Siro a few times last season, he was poor compared to the player he used to be. Would command a high wage as well so I think we would be better looking elsewhere although he was great for Pompey.

Be interesting to see if he will want to play with wingers to especially with our shortage in that department.
