Listen i'm not a huge fan off them, I don't use them but they do make a great atmosphere and get people involved who don't normally get involved.

I turned to my mate when we sat down at West Ham and said "What the hell is this crap" and then 30-40 seconds later I had a red hand from excessive clapping. There is no denying that the atmosphere has significantly improved since they came in.
