Is confidence growing?  Webbo, you said  50/50 and to ask you again after Burnley - well?. You know what to do. And put what you voted below, and why compared to previous weeks. Here are the results of the last two votes:

Quite good, two more wins and I think we should be okay. Those wins coming against Newcastle and Sunderland.

I personally think we can win 4 out of the last 5 games we have.

It's still got to be 50/50.

We are two wins away from safety I believe, but alas two defeats away from dropping back into the shite.

Still think it will go down to the final day at home to Qpr.

Worryingly i think the points total to stay up will be 37 or 38 points.

I was 50/50, now I voted quite good.

Our remaining fixtures compared to the rest of the group, all the pundits an fan predictions, the bookies odds...they all point to us being unlikely to go down and while there will be some twists and turns, at this point in time we are objectively in a better position than at least 3 other teams.

I've gone from 50/50 to quite good. Four wins on the bounce is something even the wildest optimist would have deemed impossible.

I think it will be very close, but with our form I just don't see us losing more than one of the three key games against Sunderland, Newcastle and QPR.

Here's hoping our form doesn't dip as quick as it picked up!

Still quite good, but I'm nervous, they like to give me hope before crushing me.

As above, gone from fifty fifty to good.

The run ins of Hull and Sunderland, the ineptitude of QPR and Burnley, the bewilderment of John Carver and our good form should really see us home.

It should take a fairly spectacular collapse against Newcastle, Sunderland and QPR (which should be seven points absolute minimum) to see us drop.

Gotta beat Newcastle. That game is literally as good a chance of 3 points as you could ever dream of in this division and it would put us very close to the necessary points total unless a lot of other unlikely results occur.

Hmm. I still think people are overestimating our chances a teeny bit. We will probably lose on Wednesday. Then Sunderland will be a point behind us with a game in hand. Every team down there has the potential to go on a run like ours. We've come from so far behind, Sunderland or Hull know they only need two wins in a row and they'll be out of it. Burnley and QPR are gonnas I reckon, but it's still 50/50 if we finish above one other club.

Do you really believe that? With the run ins some of them have along with the fact that they're crap.... Surely it's 50/50 we finish above Sunderland, 50/50 we finish above Hull and 50/50 we finish above Villa, which all adds up to a quite good chance to finish above one of them.

Of course. We've seen it before. From now until the end of the season there are thousand factors that can and probably will influence the final league table.

50/50.

Not inconceivable that we lose to Chelsea.

Would be just like us to lose to out of form Newcastle.

We regained our mojo in April. It's not impossible that we lose it again. Two losses and we are back to being up to our earholes in excrement.

Well the betting markets has us at 85.5% of staying up so the only answer is quite good.

It's quite amazing to think that if we don't get beat by Chelsea and beat Newcastle then we'll go above them on Saturday. Also we'll go above Villa if we get a draw on Wednesday even though Sherwood doesn't think Villa are in the relegation battle after getting beat by Man City. He's an idiot if he really believes that.

Sunderland vs Leicester is the biggest game left in the Premiership now. There'll be a few teams praying that result goes a certain way and not just them and us. It's a pivotal game now surely whatever happens.

Even West Brom will be concerned now as it doesn't necessarily look like any three from five any more.

Was 50/50: still 50/50. Fantastic effort but stalling will still see us down. It is in our hands.

I think West Brom are safe, it'd take something crazy to happen for all 5 teams to leapfrog them, especially as we play Sunderland and Newcastle. Due to the teams playing each other, a certain amount of points are guaranteed to be dropped by someone or other.

After 4 consecutive victories if people don't feel more confident now of survival than before they are either mentally disturbed or they were already mentally disturbed.

That of course is quite understandable for any Leicester Fan.

Well we are a point clear now which as it stands is as good as 2 points because of the GD over Sunderland.  Sunderland probably need to be above us in the table come the last day to have a chance of staying up.  In fact, seeing as we play QPR and they are away at Chelsea, even with them being 3 points ahead of us, its still more likely than not that we would stay up on the final day.  So as far as Sunderland are concerned, will they get 5 points more than us over the next 4 games to make sure the final day scenario doesn't happen?  I'd say thats pretty much never going to happen.

I think Hull however even with that one win over Palace at the weekend might now have put themselves in a position where they will stay up.  Yes they 4 difficult games in Man U, Liverpool and Arsenal but crucially they are all at home.  If they can take just one point from those three games and beat Burnley at home then they would be on 35 also, with a decent goal difference over Sunderland (provided they dont get spanked a few times in their harder games).

To me, even if Sunderland beat us in a few weeks time I don't think it makes that much difference to our chances as I cant see them getting more points than us over the run in, even factoring in that they could win against us.

I think 5 more points then will be enough so therefore you have to now rate our chances as very good.  Two wins however from here, and its over for me.  That would require Sunderland to win two of their remaining games, plus two draws (because of GD) or, three wins.

Fortunately their game in hand is away at Arsenal. Their run in looks tough, they have Southampton on Saturday who thrashed them last time, then an in-form Everton. Scary stuff.

Three winnable games in Newcastle, Sunderland and QPR.   6 Points Needed in my opinion

Hope heads dont go down after Weds night and that the Manager of the month Curse doesn't happen
