The assault by Marcin in the second half for his yellow card lol Hero.

If Marcin had have really caught him Mane would have been crying for the club helicopter to act as an air ambulance, think the ref booked Marcin for not hitting him hard enough.

Superb game, our team is just working like clockwork now, we've found a system and methods that work for us, and it's all come together at the right time. It was vital to get the early goals, Southampton are a very good side and it took the wind out of their sails; we totally neutralised them. 31% just shows that football isn't won by passing around the back and that we're very good at soaking up this pressure.

Special mentions go to Kasper, who punched well to take pressure off the defence, Huth and the whole back 3 who have been superb, Cambiasso who is a true leader and Mahrez who had one of his best games of the season. He's the sort of player who always blows hot and cold during a game but yesterday he regularly blew hot, he's absolutely class at drifting past players like they're not there.

We're actually going to do this!

Just watching goals on sunday, didn't realise quite how good our second goal was. Defensively it was a disaster for sure but the headed one-two between Vardy and ulloa and the flicked finish from riyad were all top notch.

Leo was great yesterday. One of his best games for us.

He really worked hard to cover, especially down clyne's side. our fitness levels exceptional again. Even Riyad was 'dogging' between their defenders (not seen so much of that until this season since Stan was in the area)

He was still putting in tackles on wanyama in injury time despite looking like his legs could barely move for about half an hour before that. He was everywhere. Ran himself into the ground, very pleased he also showed his flair side and bagged both goals.

Ulloa's best game in a Leicester shirt for me. The goals he scores are obviously critical but I'm more interested in how our strikers are as footballers and how they fit into our team than the goals they score and yesterday he did exactly what we needed from him.

He absorbed the physical challenge of Fonte and Alderweireld, his touch was consistently good and he showed great awareness of his team mates. And he worked his nuts off as well. Since we've brought back something of a press up front he's really put a shift in for us.

I pmed them to you. I don't think we can post links to gifs.

Tbh I'm not certain on the legality, I hid them to be on the safe side.

Fair enough. I would imagine there is a law against it somewhere.

Leicester 2-0 Southampton

Southampton’s recent slump continued as they conceded twice before half-time for the first time this season against a rejuvenated Leicester team. To illustrate their good form, two of the three instances of Leicester scoring twice before half-time this season have come in their last two games.

Riyad Mahrez scored twice for Leicester against Southampton

However, the victory did not come about as a result of the Foxes dominating possession. They completed only 143 successful passes in the match, their lowest total so far this season.

But Leicester did get Riyad Mahrez on the ball. He made more passes than any of his team-mates, more sprints (65) and covered more ground (12.31 kilometres) than anyone on the pitch. More crucially, he scored both goals as well.

But I read on the forum that he wasn't bothered about the club or something

Not only is he not bothered but he's shit. Laugh a minute on here.

... and ffs his mum has only come once to see him play. If his family can't be bothered why should he or us be bothered too.:nigel:
