Best owners we have had in my 30years supporting.

I think it is a quality gesture, they don't have to do it, most clubs wouldn't.

We really do have some complete divs on here at times. Moaning about everything and anything.

F**k off down the Tigers

Is the forum so controlled by forum members that nothing is up for debate anymore then, regarding LCFC?

Nothing which in any way can be construed as 'criticism'..or even questioning.

Earlier I applauded the Thais for the gesture but also asked the question of whether ticket prices could ever come down? In light of huge TV revenue.

Is this a taboo subject too?

I read ticket prices have also been reduced at Swansea and that we can pay up to four times (as in, across the Prem) the amount that similar fixtures would charge across the continent.

A taboo subject? As fee paying customers, surely not?

So I say again...nice one Thais..but any movement, consideration, discussion on the subject of ticket prices?

Or am I assuming (of those on here who actually attend games) that everyone is happy to pay what they pay?

I'm certainly not averse to criticising the club when they get things wrong, but you can't knock a free beer.

I have been and often am critical of the appalling and overpriced food at the stadium, the badly organised ticket office and shop and online service. They certainly aren't above criticism just because they give me a free bottle of beer.

As for ticket prices, well I'd like to pay less of course, but overall I'm reasonably satisfied with the price at around £20 a game. Considering the ground has been more or less sold out every game, I wouldn't hold out much hope of a drop off in prices any time soon. But as you say, no harm in raising the point for discussion.

I don't know how much Swansea have reduced prices by, and the example of West Ham is irrelevant given the stadium move (which, incidentally they are requiring fans to pay a substantial deposit on the season ticket for 2016-17 as well as the coming season).

I'd say, overall, Leicester have the ticketing policy about right, all things considered.

Good post buddy...

Personally I'm with you I think. Ticket policy and pricing at LCFC is about right, all things considered. Worth discussing though in light of the TV deal.

If a club makes sod all these days from gate receipts (unless you are huge) then a price reduction probably won't hurt very much.

Although a ticket price reduction would be nice, the fact that every game is a sell-out now we are in the Premier League shows that people are happy to pay the current prices - can't see why they'd drop them. It's a pretty fair price compared to most Premier League and Championship teams too

I guess so, but as long as there are enough punters turning up each week to fill up the ground, there is not much incentive for any club to reduce the prices.

Perhaps some more "added value" for STH could be considered, without actually reducing the price - bigger discount in the shop, a few food/drink coupons etc?

A colleague of mine reckons Middlesbrough season ticket holders get a free pint every home game! Which, if true, is pretty awesome.

But like I say, no complaints from me. My ST costs £370 ish - I can take my boy for next to nothing and if you compare that to Forest, for example, season tickets have gone up again for another season in the Championship with little prospect of getting out of it (other than downwards!).

Just checked Forest prices (adult) - Trent End £ 449.00, Main Stand £ 574 - £ 606, Bridgford £ 551, Clough Stand Upper £ 574, Lower £ 457!

Have you seen Boro's average attendance this season? There's a reason why they're giving away free pints with season tickets.

We really do have the best owners - I wonder how many other clubs will be getting a free beer before the game this Sunday? Well played lads.

The Thai culture is so giving. They must love the fact that they are appreciated by a whole city in England.

Very happy with the owners we have, pretty much the best in the Premiership for their fans. We are more than just a hobby for a billionaire.

Best owners I've seen in my 27 years as a leicester fan.

Can't believe I actually read some people whining about a free beer, t shirts etc. You'd probably kick off that you didn't get a free carrier bag with your Argos catalogue, *****!

Is that why Thai brides are so popular?

You don't attend anyway do you?

How is considering football fans paying less to watch football 'pompous bickering'?

Stop controlling any discussion.
