Ian W LCFC Posted 2 October 2015 Posted 2 October 2015 I'm actually quite enjoying this game. At first I wasn't sure but now I'm getting into it. I like the fact you can't just outpace teams anymore. A couple of things that I don't like is corners and crossing. Corners, without a doubt, seem to be caught by goalkeepers way too easy. Crossing is shit, well it is for me. Must be me. I just can't seem to put a decent ball into the box. Definitely agree regarding corners. It's stupid how easy it is to just bring your keeper out and catch the ball. I have to play every corner short now.

Trying the 433(3) formation for something different, was winning 3-1 at HT with a DM and CM scoring all goals with their head from open play!?! Anyway is it just me that struggles to find opponents? My NAT is open and I find matches like once every 7/8 attempts. It can't be a lack of silver teams

For at least of the game I'm just chasing the ball.I don't think it's too bad. World class is fun for me at the moment. I'm 8th with Leicester in December of my first season. Haven't tried Legendary because that's usually stupidly hard.I honestly don't understand the problem people have with passing. I rarely misplace simple balls.

Just surprised some of you are struggling on World Class as I'm not that great at FIFA any more but I normally ending up winning the FA Cup with a team like Gillingham in the 1st or 2nd season even on Legendary. But on the lower difficulties, the AI is more aggressive. When you're playing 6 min halves and the AI just knocks it around the back, it's silly. The biggest think they need to copy from PES is the AI.

Makes my defending awful when I play online Adjusting the sliders is the way to go but if you play online it can really mess it up in terms of how different the game feels between the 2.

copunk Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Having decided I was through with the game on weds night, I gave it one last go before I was going to buy pes. .. glad I did tbh, took me a while to realise that you really do have to have some build up to your chances, knocking the ball around and being patient, makes scoring goals a lot more satisfying
Aleksz Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 I was also struggling with passing before trying out the driven pass that people in here and a few reviews have recommended, Its a huge help, EA seem to want the player to choose the right kind of pass rather than just constantly having a game of pressing X X X X X X X and shoot

Mikey Posted 4 October 2015 Posted 4 October 2015 For people struggling to adjust to world class, I'd suggest putting the computers pass error up to 55. Just means they make a couple more mistakes and not impossible to get the ball off them!

That reminds me of 'Fantasy Football League' with Baddiel and Skinner when they did 'Football League Goals of the Week'...Two were always shit tap ins and then one wasn't even an actual goal
