Mikey Posted 27 September 2015 Posted 27 September 2015 Found career mode a lot more enjoyable playing with a mate as Leicester. Could play it on world class and it was still good but competitive.
glenny_fox Posted 27 September 2015 Posted 27 September 2015 What do you mean? Can you sell the players you choose in the draft feature?? I got IF Ronaldo in mine I wish you could sell them but no. the prizes you get from it are packs. I've won it about 4 times now which usually gets me 2 all gold player packs and a jumbo gold pack. and even the crappy gold rares (smalling) are going for about 10k. so you can make quite a bit of money from it atm
GLC Posted 27 September 2015 Author Posted 27 September 2015 You've already played four years? Have you slept?Noooo, sorry! Should have been more clear! I want to take them to the PL in 4 years...
Larry_LCFC Posted 27 September 2015 Posted 27 September 2015 I'm gonna try the approach of packing my defence with really slow cheap highly rated players like Terry and see how I get on. Might aswell. I'll still make up 25 yards on vardy and flatten him.
filbertway Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 Don't get this pace thing, if you use the right stick to knock the ball in front of you I find it's easy to stay ahead of players. Much like real life, you're not going to outpace many people dribbling with the ball. Loving playing with Liverpool on this atm. Won promotion to div 6 last night, should hopefully be back to the big time by the weekend.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 people complaining they've fixed pace , at least we know what type of players you were

Once you beat a defender with someone like Vardy and knock it on, it's hard for the defender to catch you up. Also using skill moves to beat a man is more important this year.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 This game is the biggest pile of shit since we signed Ryan McGivern on loan. Ashley and all those associated with the making of the game, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Tempted to trade this in.
RonnieTodger Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 Has a fifa ever been so similar to the one before it? Passing/Pace aside it's pretty much the same isn't it. I still fall for it every year though.
Adster Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 Glad now I've not bought FIFA for two years running. Pathetic money grabbing considering it's practically the same every year. Heard from all my mates it's shit anyway. Won't be buying this at all.
Leicesterpool Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 £45 for a video game no different to the last one is a total con. I have to admit I haven't bought it yet but quite a few I know who have bought it and all I heard is criticism.
Larry_LCFC Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 people complaining they've fixed pace , at least we know what type of players you were I don't understand your argument and never will do. Why do people make out like using pacey players is some sort of cardinal sin? Do you sit there disapproving at Leicester's fast counter-attacking style aswell? No, thought not.

Definitely found myself using skill a lot more to perform quick changes of direction which has resulted in some sexy looking dribbles. The game as a whole feels a lot better to me this year. I only play play seasons so can't really comment on playing against the AI or career modes. But as a simulation against other people, it's tremendous. Goals feel a lot more satisfying this year as well.

Larry_LCFC Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 This is the key, tried this earlier and you're 100% rightDo you have to let go of sprint before you do it?
dogadug Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 Do you have to let go of sprint before you do it? I think so, never really thought about whether I sprint or not, it just works. Takes a little getting used to, but after practice it's a great thing to use and more realistic I guess, as you run quicker without the ball than with it at your feet.
filbertway Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 I still hold sprint down when I do it. Ings, Studge and Ibe are boss. Anyone else feel that the AI is a lot better at making runs and holding their positions on this version?

Anyone else feel that the AI is a lot better at making runs and holding their positions on this version? Teams are set up to how they play in real life.. so example if you come up against Barcelona or Bayern they will pace the **** out of you and rarely go long ball.

Heard from all my mates it's shit anyway. Won't be buying this at all. And me. Got my mates trying to convince me to buy it but I just cannot bring myself to hand money to them again unless there are proper efforts to improve the game. It's built around UT anyway. It's absolutely laughable that people have teams with players like Lewandowski and Aguero within hours of it coming out.

Pretty much every team plays like Barcelona on this game. They do on World Class, anyway.

TheMightySystem Posted 28 September 2015 Posted 28 September 2015 Joe Davis glitched in career mode http://i.imgur.com/s1XAAbv.jpg :L this reminds me of when i sold Ben Hamer to Arsenal in fifa 15 and he became an 88 overall after 4 seasons :L
