Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 Think we really have to win tomorrow coz west ham will be tough tough tough best team in prem at the mo. Best team? What?
Guest Col city fan Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 This is why Woy needs to take Andy Carroll as an option. He won't. But he should.
Mark_w Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 I'd quite like an Arsenal equaliser from here. What!? Carroll/Payet/Adrian etc. injuries/red cards yes please, equalizer NO.
Babylon Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 Really???? Can see why, a draw and a city win would perhaps put West Ham out of champs league contention. Maybe making fa cup more a priority than the game against us.

Foxy_jim Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 I'd quite like an Arsenal equaliser from here. why? One more team totally out of the race.
UPinCarolina Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 There's choking and then there's choking and Arsenal have become proficient at both types, it would seem.
Chester Dontlie Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 West Ham making Arsenal their bubble Lovely stuff

Maybe making fa cup more a priority than the game against us. We're thinking too much about it all. Keep it simple, west ham are going to try their hardest against us next week no matter what. 3-2 to west ham will do nicely today.
Babylon Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 West Ham are some team.Got a bit of everything, some pace, some power, some trickery. Lots of different problems that need a lot of different answers. Can see why they score a lot, But concede a few as well. Love pushing up field.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 Carroll is unplayable when the defence gives him a license to be. The difference is Morgan and Huth won't.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 A West Ham win was always best today, they weren't going to just let us beat them regardless of the score. Having to only worry about one team is easier than two
Chester Dontlie Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 BOOM I can't stop laughing since Carroll scored That would mean one less team in the title race gentlemen
LJS Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 why? One more team totally out of the race. At this stage the title is all down to us anyway so I'd rather not face a good West Ham side full of confidence next week.
Clever Fox Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 Huth will take care of Carroll but it's Payet's free kicks that worry me.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 At this stage the title is all down to us anyway so I'd rather not face a good West Ham side full of confidence next week. They are going to be full of confidence regardless... they have been great all season any result today isn't going to change that... if anything losing could make them more determined, they are that type of team
foxes_rule1978 Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 Huth will take care of Carroll but it's Payet's free kicks that worry me. We have stopped giving away silly free kicks in such range so hopefully we continue that, because if we concede one I know he will score. Might as well concede a penalty
Guest LCFC_World Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 This payet geezer looks decent, let's get him in next season would be good back up for Mahrez.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 Is it reasonable to ask why we didn't spot Payet, given our scouting of French leagues - or do you think he was never in our range given our clubs stature at the time?
Fox 4 Life Posted 9 April 2016 Posted 9 April 2016 West Ham play United in the week so could well be out of the cup by the time we play them anyway. They will be tough whether they win lose or draw today. It's better to keep arsenal behind us so if we do slip up against West Ham it matters less!

I'm sure there was a link at some point but given our position and teams like West Ham looking at him we didn't have a chance. He was about 12m wasn't he?
