Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 anyone offended by this needs to get the **** over themselves
Jimothy Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Nothing wrong it at all. The players all feature on the cover and have articles done one them. He's also part of our success, why should he never get the same treatment? It's not like it's every week.
ALC Fox Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Yawn. At the start of the new season, I'd be surprised if the owner didn't have a lot to say. Yeah it's boring but that's about it. Not bothered about it at all.
Jam Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Am I supposed to be offended here or something? I'm confused.
iamafox Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 That moment where you only have £3.00 in your wallet expecting to buy the programme and you suddenly realise the price has gone up by 50p.
General Smuts Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Love them owners. They could come round my gaff and have a piss on the rug even if it really tied the room together and i'd still make em a cup of tea afterwards.

Hmmm. Are you upset with the owners for some reason?
sylofox Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 OP get over yourelf the man in question has put in over 150m to our club. So he wants a little lime light better than MM who wanted himself in the press every day.
Littletoe Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Right, so an owner who has wiped out so much of our debts, contributed huge chunks of his personal profits into funding a foundation of premiership continuity, is perceived as egotistic because he had himself feature in a match day program? Seriously get a life whoever thinks this is a bad thing.
CosbehFox Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Considering it's been done twice before they are a bit slow on this faux outrage
IsItMuzzy Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Love them owners. They could come round my gaff and have a piss on the rug even if it really tied the room together and i'd still make em a cup of tea afterwards. Well, I mean, that's just, like, your opinion, man.
EnglishOxide Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 I did think it was distasteful when I saw it tbf.
Geo_LCFC Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Love the metro post saying that people would not want to pay £3.50 for whats on the cover, yeah I don't I buy it for that I buy it for what's inside, like most normal people do....
Geo_LCFC Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 I find it weird how everyone finds things to get angry about, they cant find anything wrong with the performance , the manager got off to a good start so they turn to the owner on the front of the program its just stupid
IsItMuzzy Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Why is it disrespectful? The owners have done NOTHING wrong to the club and you find it disrespectful that he's on the front cover of a program that you don't have to buy. Just imagine you could have an owner who wants to change the name of the club (Hull) Changes the manager every season they don't succeed (Most big clubs especially Man City or Spurs) But no far too disrespectful that the guy who has invested millions into the club trying to bring them up to better things on the front of a optional buy program …He said distasteful not disrespectful
Mike Oxlong Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 Here's the bio for the writer http://www.sportsgazette.co.uk/contributor.php?cid=84 Looks about 12 and has been cricket reporter for the News Shopper. Jog on mate!
Geo_LCFC Posted 8 August 2015 Posted 8 August 2015 …He said distasteful not disrespectful Yeah I gathered that after, my mistake thats why I changed the post apologies
