How can you forget this amount of players and most of them were certainly not just one game men?

Yeah was more of who I could remember rather than who I had forgotten just got a bit carried away I guess and did the complete opposite to what the thread is about. Just hope it brings back some memories for others that had forgotten some of those said players.

Ben alnwick (i think thats how you spell it) forgot he played for us till yesterday.

 

Same here until seeing the highlights of his game.

 

On a seperate note, I can't help but think some people are just naming any player at random rather than ones they have genuinely forgot had played for us without needing to think who.

Not half!

During that transfer window, it seemed like every other day we'd signed yet another 35 year old. He was like a kid in a sweet shop.

If only he'd spent even half his transfer budget on a decent scout, we could have had some players who would have been worth something.

Who remembers Steve Howey or Paul Brooker? Howey was released after 6 months and only 3 apps. I remember when Brooker signed, Adams made him sound useless in his interview.

Didn't Howey get sent home from training as he turned up too pi$$ed to stand? Edited by surrifox

Can't remember the guys name fully but we had a dutch full back who impressed on some friendlies got signed then after either 1-2 games was never heard of again. I wanna say Michael larmey? Lamey?

Lamely signed under sousa and was absolute bobbins, think Sousa might actually have out lasted him.
