Hi guys,

In order to get over our first loss in what felt like years, I thought I would have some fun. Considering Leicester have gained the title of the 'comeback kings' so far this season, I thought I would see how many comebacks we have had. There have been quite a lot!

So, I thought it would be a good idea to see what people's favourites actually are. Vote for the best that you think were the best and I think we'll get some interesting answers. Also, if i've missed out any, feel free to let me know! The site that I used only goes back to mid 90s!

I think my personal highlights are the Man United, Forest and thinking back the Middlesbrough game is up there!

Up the Foxes! :)

Sorry, i've got that match a little wrong. It was meant to be the away match in the League Cup where Stearman and Clemence scored late on.

I was ecstatic about our 5-3 win over Bolton in the 13/14 season. 2-1 down then 2-2 then behind again almost immediately, Konchesky shot goes in off Mills to level it up at half time. We miss a penalty, Bolton counterattack, then Dyer scores of the counter-counterattack and we're ahead.

Not one big turnaround like Villa or United were but a sustained, determined effort to get back into the game.

Man Utd.

Was big expectation on Man Utd to win; after being 2 down overall, I thought that they'd get stronger as the game progressed.

Just a shame Fergie wasn't the manager then.

OP has had a mare

We went 1-0 downfrom kick off,

Giving them a goal start allowing Paul smith (forest keeper) to walk it into an empty net due to he leading the initial game 1-0 at half time due to the Clive Clarke incident,we equalised then went 2-1 down,

Then scored in 87th & 90th min to win it if I remember correctly

One of my favourites was Swindon H Nov 87

3-2 win after being 2-0 down and playing really badly with about 10 minutes to go. Also the match that has always reminded me never to leave a game early.

Completely this. Two down with five mins to go, Mark Venus providing the winner with an absolute screamer.

We've had some great ones haven't we! Out of 3-3 arsenal and 5-3 united for me. I can't remember feeling more excited than in the last 30 minutes of the united game. Probably because I was quit young vs arsenal.

I will never forget this one ...obvious headline on Sunday around Venus Rocket etc ..... Terrible days for a City fan but this was an highlight!

Has to be one of the best comebacks ever because we just never looked like having a shot let alone scoring but to turn the game completely on it's head in the last few minutes was amazing. One of those results where the thousands who left early must have been shouting WHAT THE....WE WERE CRAP! when they heard the result and serves them right.

Has to be Man Utd if not just for the fact it produced this picture:

Obviously it meant a bit more than that to many people according to the 'One Year ago today thread'.

Obviously the Arsenal 3-3 will NEVER be forgotten, but the Man Utd game meant more for me personally than any other City game.

Otherwise, I'll never forget being in the middle of nowhere in the Peak District desperately refreshing my phone trying to get updates on that Forest game. Went absolutely ape when I saw that Knockaert had scored in injury time. Screaming and shouting and not at all embarrassed by the weird looks from passers by.

Definitely still the Man Utd game though!

I think the West Brom away game last season is worth a mention. Obviously that incredible run of results began with the win over West Ham the week before that but the West Brom game was a fantastic comeback from 2-1 down with ten minutes to go and the Vardy winner was my favourite moment of the great escape.

I can remember Leicester playing Brentford in the league cup, I was only a nipper, and we were losing 2-0, I went to bed with about 15 mins to go gutted.

Me Dad popped his head around the door a bit later and said Leicester won 4-2, I didn't believe him.

He was right,We scored 4 goals in the last 8 minutes.

I am so pleased that this has been so well remembered. That volley by Venus was ridiculous! I have voted for man u 5-3 but besides that it would be the 2-1 win at Anfield from being a goal down in 1981. And for the record there was the League Cup comeback to win 4-2 v MacLintock's Brentford in 1984. We had been 2-0 or 2-1 down late on in that one.

You just beat me to that! I was at the game but could not remember whether we came back from 0-2 or 1-2.

Although it ended in tears the comeback against Swindon in the Play Off final was incredible. Never been as gutted as when we eventually (robbed) lost that match. :( On a more positive not the Arsenal comeback takes some beating, what a ****ing match that was, had everything.

Forest away in the League Cup was brilliant. Think that was the first time I ended up getting dragged all over.

West Brom last season was the pick of the away games for me.
