Vlad the Fox Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Forest, ****ing hate them twats. My parents done such a good job of shielding me from their brief period of success that I had no clue until years later. All through that time I'd mercilously rip to bits the forest fans I knew and they never (unbelievably) mentioned it to me. Now some thirty odd years later those forest fans all support city, season tickets ect...
Vlad the Fox Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 I'll also add that come match day regardless of what I think of other teams beforehand I find myself hating them with a passion. Special mention to Liverpool though for being the most boring fans I have ever had to endure or listen to on the radio.
lgfualol Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Really hate Chelsea but so does everyone. I instantly hate any team that havent won anything for 30 or so years and the fans always bring it up in arguments. "Hey mate we won the f.a cup in 1963 we are a big team because of this"
adamm8 Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Liverpool.... some of the most deluded fans I have ever spoken too, especially now they have Klopp, all of a sudden they are going to win the league and sign Reus.
Captain... Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Some of the comments are here are funny, of course people don't actually hate clubs, but rivalries are all part of sport and history gives sport context. I don't really hate forest, but when we play them every bit of history comes out and they are the biggest scum on the earth, same with every club. I remembered last time we were in the peen, before we got promoted in '94 I had a soft spot for Norwich and Leeds to the point where my dad took me to Ellabd road to see Leeds vs Norwich I also quite liked Villa and Arsenal, they seemed like exotic far away clubs that played in Europe. As soon as Leicester played them they were cheating northern/southern/inbred scum. Now the team I would love to see us beat more than anything is Southampton, then Palace, but all other context aside it has to be Chelsea, they were the first money club, but before that it was Erland Johnsen's blatant dive that just made me "hate" them.
Captain... Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Tinpot teams that make it to the premier league prompting mass wanking over them by the media. Burnley, Bournemouth, probably Brighton next season.Blackpool
Dan Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Excluding the obvious... Aston Villa - They're as bad as I remember them. Fans are like Forest's, if anything even worse, absolute dickhead of a manager, plenty of shit, bellendish players and in the Newcastle/Sunderland category of being up for far longer than they should have been. Cardiff City - So little to like about them. Dickhead owner, awful fans who actually had a solid proportion buy into Tan's bollocks, still not entirely forgiven for 2010. Utterly loathe Bothroyd & Chopra, easily the biggest twat front line I can remember. Celtic - Utter scum. Chelsea - Resemble just about everything wrong with the game. There is literally no redeeming factor. Awful, awful club. MK Dons - 13 years on and I still find them hard to take remotely seriously. Awful soulless club. Norwich City - No real issue with the fans but I find them as a club to be hideous. Greedy, snidey shithouses. QPR - To be fair I've got a lot less of a problem with these now but for years they've been the absolute epitome of how not to run a club. The only redeeming factor of their promotion was the fact it broke Derby hearts. Real Madrid - Scummy club. Sunderland - The club that single handedly blows the argument about this league being the strongest in the world out of the water. How on earth are they still here? Got a strong selection of deluded twats for fans as well.
Vlad the Fox Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 I don't mind mk dons, but that's probably because I used to hate wimbledon.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Forest and Derby aside, it used to be Leeds. Couldn't stand losing or even drawing with those *****. Now it's half the prem. All these shit teams that play shit football that think they're entitled to be in this league. Villa, Sunderland, Stoke, Newcastle, et all. The sort of clubs with fans that complain about "losing to Leicester ffs" as if it's still 2009 and we're shit. This all day long. In fact I'd say it was easier to name the teams in the Prem that I don't hate (Swansea, Southampton, Everton, Watford, Palace, Man City... That's about it). Man City seem to be an anomaly - big money club with recent success, the fanbase largely seem to be really clued up about football in general and don't take their success for granted. Definitely wouldn't say the same about United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea or Spurs fans. Spurs I seem to hate the most, and I don't know why. A full-on nowhere club, awful money wasters, rubbish fans who know f*** all about anything outside their own starting 11, just a shit excuse for a football club. Then you've got teams like Villa who have been useless for years, stayed up by the skin of their teeth last year and still seem to think they're challenging for the top four. You are awful, learn to accept it. I don't so much hate Derby and Forest anymore as their poverty fans provide too much entertainment on East Midlands Today when it's Cloughie Cup Day. It reminds me how great Leicester are. Leeds and Peterborough. And of course, the shit on everyone's shoe - Millwall.
Guest Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Very quiet here so I'd like to ask: In the very nature of passionately supporting our team we all have our nemesis / moriarty. Location, history or just bloody minded ? Do most people Loughborough way have dislike Forest ?. Do the city guys mostly hate Derby. When I moved to Leicester 30 years ago, I noticed East Midlands Today news constantly reporting on Derby's results and Leicester were a foot note. I also hated the fact that Man U won everything and killed any idea of competing. Perhaps you now dislike Sunderland because their fans are deluded with glories of the past and constantly ram it down every teams gobhole. Just banter. As I've got older I've become less bothered with individual teams. Much less violence at games now and I've become a bit more educated. Hating someone because they support X team is pretty moronic when you think about it. Lots of delusional fans at every club. Our own has plenty. I'm just there to see the mighty Foxes every week. (But I'm not deluded, honest)
Aus Fox Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Manchester United - as a young man, whom still loved and was excited by the World Cup and wanted to England to win more than anything. I went to the Leicester Man Utd game just after the 98 World Cup, England had been knocked out by the Argies, in the famous game where Beckham had been sent off. The whole game the United supporters chanted Argentina, Argentina. It had it's desired affect and I was wound up, never forgotten it, always hated United since then. I used to like them as the brought through good young English talent unlike other teams buying talent from all over the world. Also hate Chelsea some that Johnson dive in the cup quater final. Sunderland have always annoye me too. For local rivalries, Forest, Derby, Cov in that order. Other than the odd cup game can't see us playing any of them for a long time.

I'm sure come December you will hate at least two of those teams. Palace are a funny one hated them last year with Warnock in charge and previously Holloway the championship history when they were always banging on about Zaha being better than Knockeart, couldn't stand Pardew at Newcastle, and yet Palace and Pards are ok, we'll see if that is still the same in a couple of weeks.
Wymsey Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Forest. Mainly because some of their fans think we're obsessed with them, whilst they allegedly don't care about us.
Tincy Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 There's more...... Mata kicking the Swansea ball boy, Stamford the Lion? Stamford the liar more like, cheats at mascot races year in year out Frank "Arrogance Personified" Le-Bouef - "I win ze World Cup", er no, Zidane carried you, you flukey parisian parasite The blatant penalty that Mike Reid failed to give us in that F.A. Cup match Cashley Cole London taxi drivers who insisted Laaaaaampard was Englands best player following anonymous performances in tournaments Desailly - See Le-Beouf David Mellor The Paris Metro incident That Grey and Orange away kit......... hazard kicked the ball boy

I think you're right. It'll be Watford and Palace I reckon! And not necessarily for the results. Just thinking about that scrawny ginger douche Watford fan goading Chris Wood after Almunia's clearance bounced off Wood's chin and scored... Yeah I hate them already.
Benguin Posted 11 October 2015 Posted 11 October 2015 Forest Derby Liverpool Chelsea Sunderland Hull Tottenham
Hollism Posted 11 October 2015 Posted 11 October 2015 Sunderland. Absolutely hate the bastards. Before that it was Watford. I don't think Forest have ever been the team k hated most, but they're sort of my go to 'hate team' until some one else pisses me off. Seriously though fvck Sunderland.

smudger63 Posted 11 October 2015 Posted 11 October 2015 Really hate Chelsea but so does everyone. I instantly hate any team that havent won anything for 30 or so years and the fans always bring it up in arguments. "Hey mate we won the f.a cup in 1963 we are a big team because of this" To be fair, much as it pains me to say it, Man Utd are a big team.
smudger63 Posted 11 October 2015 Posted 11 October 2015 Forest. Mainly because some of their fans think we're obsessed with them, whilst they allegedly don't care about us. What they don`t seem to understand is, that we, or at least certainly i, couldn`t give a toss if they care about us or not, i`ve hated them since i was a small boy, which was along time ago,and i will always hate them, it has nothing what so ever to do with what they think of us!
ThaiFox Posted 11 October 2015 Posted 11 October 2015 Tottingham. - Fans are deluded and think they are so great and superior. Plus personal reasons that people who have conned or cheated me always seem to support them. I'm always suspicious now when anyone says they support them. Don't like any London clubs except Arsenal.......only can stand them because spurs fans hate them, but they are always better! (Bit like us and Derby really!)
Swiper Posted 11 October 2015 Posted 11 October 2015 Liverpool and Man U for me, not so much the teams but for the amount of glory hunting plastic "fans" that they attract. Nothing worse for me than someone born and bred in Groby, Mountsorrel, Syston etc with no association to the NW who supports them. Absolute Muck them people, should be dragged outside, shot and fed to pigs. This. Run into this a lot here in the states. Most people who follow the Premier League that I've run across are either Man U, Man City, or Arsenal "fans."
Nick Posted 11 October 2015 Posted 11 October 2015 Don't like the 'hate' stuff, never have. Unless the result has an impact on your team, I never did understand people motivated to watch football/sport solely in the hope to see a team they dislike lose. Having said that. Never mind the football club and its players but fan group experiences are harder to forget. I'm still working on my prejudice against Leeds fans who were violent, racist, bellends when they came to Leics back in the 90's and a number of them assaulted people in our group walking back from the game. We were kids, no more than 15 yrs old, having to defend ourselves against 25 year old + morons. Stepped up as one of the the only white guys in the group to try and reason with them and took several decent shots for my troubles. Visited Leeds a few years later to stay with friends and still found it to be 'on the whole' a pit of racist, northern, monkeys. Would love evidence to the contrary to suggest the city and the fans have changed.
Russell sprout Posted 11 October 2015 Posted 11 October 2015 Forest and cov for me, Also any Scottish teams particularly Celtic as the standard is horrendous and tge stadiums and capacitys are laughable
MikeyT Posted 11 October 2015 Posted 11 October 2015 Liverpool. No idea why. Just simply can't stand them.
