Whether that's for now or the summer is another thing entirely... but given our position and clear need you'd hope we look to act now if at all possible even if there's likely to be a premium for purchasing in January.

Not sure what you mean. Why would it? All of their players are Basque. He has a release clause like all Spanish league players. If we match it (or anyone else does) we can sign him (if he wants.)

Thought that myself it's rare you see players rated by the club leave for peanuts, I'm sure I read somewhere that it's harder for there recruitment as well as they look to sign/ bring through basque players hence the reason they don't really like to sell
