Russell sprout Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Remember when shearer balantantly kicked Lennon in the face back at filbert street and didn't get sent off, when the was talk of a suspension he played the England card and that was that
The Doctor Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Spurs might lodge a complaint with the FA using Diego Costa as a prescient? What precedent is that though? Sure Costa has only been done for spitting at the ref, not swearing and the spitting already existed as a precedent from Diouf.
Ralph Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 You can only speak a straight red card. Two yellows making a red can't be challenged
stripeyfox Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Let's all hope that Vardy is not hero, turned villain, and only get's a one match ban. A referee's report for bad language, cannot be allowed by the FA to influence the outcome of the premiership title. There's not a conspiracy though. Vardy verbally abused the ref in such a way that if he had not already been sent off, he would have got a straight red. They may, therefore, decide to punish Vardy as per the rules. That is our problem to manage. We'd be calling for the same if Harry Kane was in the same boat. Remember when shearer balantantly kicked Lennon in the face back at filbert street and didn't get sent off, when the was talk of a suspension he played the England card and that was that That was Lennon's fault, remember?
st albans fox Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Let's hope that Claudio's public respect for the officials will help out here. Nigel tended to stick the boot in post match which one would assume could lead to the ref doing the same in his match report.

Sir Shep Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 We still scored a goal with Vardy and Mahrez off the pitch and down to 10 men so we will be ok, let the spuds bang one out as we are still 8 points ahead.
gdl9050 Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Tbh if it happens and we don't end up winning the league because of it - don't blame Vardy or the FA. Blame Rudkin for not signing a striker in January.
ARM1968 Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Shouldn't have been sent off in the first place. Only person who should have walked was the Ref. Truly appalling display.
dayday Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/04/17/jamie-vardy-could-face-extended-ban-after-jonathan-moss-row/ Could happen if Moss reports it. That's a definite yes then.
David Guiza Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 He left his bandage on the pitch so should probably miss the rest of the season for littering with Spurs' fans logic.
promised land Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Tbh if it happens and we don't end up winning the league because of it - don't blame Vardy or the FA. Blame Rudkin for not signing a striker in January. do some on here get off on posting stuff like this? Yeah, we have really struggled in the league since January because of Rudkin.

Merging Cultures Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Remember when shearer balantantly kicked Lennon in the face back at filbert street and didn't get sent off, when the was talk of a suspension he played the England card and that was thatRoy is reluctantly taking him though, so they might not care and just ditch him for a striker who has been injured 2/3 of the year...
gdl9050 Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 do some on here get off on posting stuff like this? Yeah, we have really struggled in the league since January because of Rudkin. Yeah because Vardy hasn't been injured or suspended in any premier league games. Now he is and where's the cover? If ulloa and Okazaki start the next game then what striker is on the bench exactly?
gdl9050 Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 What happens if Vardy gets banned for 3 games and then Okazaki gets injured early next game. Then Ulloa is the only striker we have at the whole club who is available to play. Wow
blueharmie Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 What happens if Vardy gets banned for 3 games and then Okazaki gets injured early next game. Then Ulloa is the only striker we have at the whole club who is available to play. Wow Wasyl up front. Sorted

Doubt it would happen with our medical staff anyway.
GaelicFox Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Because of his abusive language when leaving the pitch.. Moss is bound to report this! Moss will want this day to be forgotten !!! What happens if Vardy gets banned for 3 games and then Okazaki gets injured early next game. Then Ulloa is the only striker we have at the whole club who is available to play. Wow What if you stopped drinking red bull for your tea CALM THE FECKING DOWN
Guest Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Moss will want this day to be forgotten !!! You'd like to think that would be the case, given his 'performance' today though I'd expect him to want to take centre stage for a few minutes longer
promised land Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 What happens if Vardy gets banned for 3 games and then Okazaki gets injured early next game. Then Ulloa is the only striker we have at the whole club who is available to play. Wow What if Kasper pulls a ham string, Schwarzer rolls his ankle and Hamer has a cold? We have no Keeper. Ifs, buts and maybes. Stop looking for negatives when they haven't happened.
MiniFox Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 That's a definite yes then. Just hope the FA don't act on it.
