gdl9050 Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Love waking up on a Saturday morning on matchday. I love watching super Sunday and I've got nothing against sky but just can't wait until Sunday! Too long to wait
Benji Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 It's ruining my weekends. Saturday is anticipation day, Sunday the match and then Sunday night all of a sudden it's almost time for work again. I need my Sunday's back.
los dedos Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Is this the longest we've ever gone(during the season)not playing on a Saturday.
Larry_LCFC Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 It's shit. Saturday is for football. Saturday night is for MOTD
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 It's an adjustment certainly. I personally don't mind too much but if preferable it'd be Saturday for me. Shows just how well the club is doing though, with us being on Sky so regularly.
MPH Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 It's the price of success and fame unfortunately.... We could always go back to being crap, unpopular and regular Saturday games, I suppose!
AyewJoking Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 couldnt give a **** all i know is if we play on a saturday and lose it ****s the rest of my weekend up anyway.
Filbert_Ross Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Getting up at 5am on Mondays and doing a 12 hour shift has been tough after these mammoth Sunday all Dayers. Been great though, but obviously would prefer a Saturday kick off.
UPinCarolina Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 It's hard to get your pint on when you have to teach on Monday.
promised land Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 It's the price of success and fame unfortunately.... We could always go back to being crap, unpopular and regular Saturday games, I suppose! Yes, there's thousands of football fans from dozens of different clubs who would give their right arm for what we are experiencing right now. Just enjoy it.
Merging Cultures Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Saturdays are such a chore at the moment. And I can't work on Mondays waiting for Spurs to play. Which then affects Tuesday too. So I can't work until Wednesday. My boss is starting to notice. It's just stupid IMO. Sunday and Monday makes no sense.
Soup Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 It's actually diluting the experience for me. I can't get my head around Sunday football and never will.
foxfanazer Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Yeah its crap playing every sunday. Saturdays are for football!
Dr The Singh Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Yeah, I have to watch matches sober, I absolutely hate it
Bayfox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Yep. Hate Saturdays without games. For some reason Sunday just isn't the same. Plus no trains for us which doesn't help with travel.
Leicesterpool Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Love my football on a saturday, sunday should be a day of rest.
stripeyfox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 another Saturday spent staring at the league table trying to work what has happened and what is going to happen
norwichfox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Wish we had our matches on Saturdays, after all, they were invented for football. Sundays are days to get over the headache from Saturday.
clark Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 I hate it. At work I'm distracted but on a Saturday watching other teams play instead...At least as we are in the CL next season we will be playing Saturdays not Sundays like Europa league teams!
