Bob Weasel Fox Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 , who 'cheated'? poor accusation to use. Relatively pleased with that point anyway, bit gutted that we'll be missing Drinky if we need the points next Saturday though. Kasper was awesome today. Double standards referee Fellaini and Rooney should of walked for Man U Drinks 2 fouls as soft as you will ever see Mahrez foul was a penalty Shocking refereeing all over the pitch The establishment don't want us to win it Is it possible they are cheats (just maybe?)
tsintskaro Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 What do you mean Simpson was bad too 'as usual'? I'd quit while you're behind fella That means he is weakest in the team.whole game MU dominated his side, goal was his fault, one huge mistake at centre and e.t.c. if all these not enough,ok bye
foxfanazer Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 Michael Oliver is usually a very assured ref but he had a poor performance today. All you ask for is consistency
foxes21 Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 Think this game showed how important not only Vardy is, but also Albrighton.
SpinneyHillRanger Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 I thought ulloa was very good. Had a few bad touches early on but so did almost everyone else in the team. Riyad should have played ulloa in when he found space after going past 3 players, but overall thought everyone was good especially in the 2bf half. With vardys return I wouldn't mind seeing vardy and ulloa start up front.
Guest Col city fan Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 Very hard fought for point against a Man Utd side who started well then never looked like breaking us down. Drinkwater will be a big miss and did I see him mouth at the ref?
Bluetintedspecs Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 And still some fkn moan .....incredulous! Been calling draw today and confirmed champions by 10.00 tomorrow evening all week, and still think that will happen. Great team performance and result today, not long to wait now boys and girls Feel sorry for Drinky but sadly he gave ref no choice. Come on Chelsea tomorrow night, get the result that confirms the best team in the Premier League Champions of England.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 Great point away at Man U today overall Big point towards the title hopefully Still seething about the ref though

I didn't have us to win today (I thought we'd lose) but if Spurs beat Chelsea, we'll beat Everton.

filbertboy Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 8 points clear at the top of the Premier League, in touching distance of history and a creditable point away at Old Trafford - yet still some of our fans are unhappy and are calling our players shite. Unbelievable. That was a game where everyone contributed in some form, even if it was just be holding shape / position, or covering for each other during that very difficult early period. Every player will make mistakes, but the importance is for the players to have the confidence to make mistakes - because if you risk nothing, you win nothing. Of course it's a shame we couldn't get the job done today, but the balance is still very much in our favour. Now is the time for positivity and belief. spot on !
jammie82uk Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 Very hard fought for point against a Man Utd side who started well then never looked like breaking us down. Drinkwater will be a big miss and did I see him mouth at the ref? Yeah Drinkwaters season is over if the ref puts that in his report
AmyLGK Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 On the train home, emotionally exhausted! Utd fans stayed behind to clap Leicester off the pitch. Apparently that's a first and fair play to them. It was clear I was a Leicester fan but everyone around me was lovely.
Izzy Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 That means he is weakest in the team.whole game MU dominated his side, goal was his fault, one huge mistake at centre and e.t.c. if all these not enough,ok bye First you said Drinky was generally crap today (which is bollux) Then you said Ulloa was our worst player today (which is also bollux) Now you're saying Simpson was our weakest player today 'as usual' (which too, is bollux) So I can only come to one conclusion - you're talking bollux
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 That means he is weakest in the team.whole game MU dominated his side, goal was his fault, one huge mistake at centre and e.t.c. if all these not enough,ok bye Bit unfair, he's tracked a run inside for the goal i believe and his job is always much harder than Fuchs given he doesn't get quite as much cover. I also thought he did very well recovering his mistake and was unfortunate not to setup a goal in the second half. The team is what it is because it's a team... I know technically you could highlight that some of our players are not as gifted as other sides, but sometimes providing that bit more from one position would mean getting a bit less from the rest of the group.

First yellow is very very soft compared to incidents in the first half and it's seems like I'm on my own with this opinion but I honestly can't see how the second yellow is a foul in anyway whatsoever
filbertboy Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 he was bad. Morgan was the best, then Huth and kasper thats all ulloa was worst You must have watched a different game to me. Ulloa has been immense in recent games and did very well today. He ran his socks off and kept them busy. Great at holding the ball up to ease things off. We got an extremely important point and everyone played their part. Now is the time to be positive and not the time to knock them.
Bluetintedspecs Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 Hope so matey. I didn't have us to win today (I thought we'd lose) but if Spurs beat Chelsea, we'll beat Everton. Chelsea will do Spurs over tomorrow mate I am totally confident! They can only win to stay in the race and the players, Pinnochiotino and fans were broken the other night. The pressure of win only scenario and Chelseas determination to stop them will all be too much for Spuds imo.
Countryfox Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 First yellow is very very soft compared to incidents in the first half and it's seems like I'm on my own with this opinion but I honestly can't see how the second yellow is a foul in anyway whatsoever It absolutely was not a foul. Noooo way !
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 On a side note, and would love an answer to this - first half, Claudio was without spectacles. second half, the frames were in place. What's going on here?
katieakita Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 Yeah Drinkwaters season is over if the ref puts that in his report The ref would then have to explain why after booking Wayne Rooney he was happy for Rooney to tell him to fvck off.
bovril Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 Ulloa worked his arse off today. He was running on fumes at the end. Absolute hero, and I've always been one to point out his limitations as a footballer.
tsintskaro Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 First you said Drinky was generally crap today (which is bollux) Then you said Ulloa was our worst player today (which is also bollux) Now you're saying Simpson was our weakest player today 'as usual' (which too, is bollux) So I can only come to one conclusion - you're talking bollux dude I said Drinky was bad,not crap I said Simpson is weakest in the team, that means he is weakest not just in this game, but whole season be more reasonable when trying to analyze anyone's post
Raw Dykes Posted 1 May 2016 Posted 1 May 2016 Great result, really. A point from Old Trafford when MU needed to win is not to be sniffed at. And it means Spurs cannot slip up at all in 3 games. Shame to lose DD, but I'm sure King or Amartey won't let us down. Chelsea will be desperate to stop Spurs winning tomorrow night. Could we be champs by Tuesday?
