Fox92 Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 I like Kane. It's Alli I can't stand. I wish the league a hardman like Keane or Vieira then see how much Alli dives.
StanSP Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 Putting Gareth Barry against the likes of the quick-passing, quick-thinking skilful Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen & Harry Kane is like putting Gary Taylor-Fletcher on against the likes of Fabregas, Hazard and Oscar. And no-one would ever do that...
FoxesDeb Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 Love him or loathe him, Kane is a cracking striker and I hope he can carry his form on with England. Dele Alli though is a detestable cheating runt. And why is he always referred to by his full name?

Because his mam and dad was a piece of work I reckon and he doesn't like to be called by just his surname. In the end he was adopted by some nice white people I think beats me why he doesn't change it to their name.
weller54 Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 De ja vue for the Spuds... Chasing 2nd place and ending up 3rd come May!
surrifox Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 I like games like this where I want both sides to lose - as they're both vile
RowlattsFox Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 I really want to like Spurs, good manager who has done really well, good English core, gives youth a chance, score plenty of goals but I still can't stand them.

Maybe it's because of their ill-discipline and the way the FA seem very reluctant to punish them the same way they do other teams? Or that their fans have'nt forgiven us just because we did'nt throw 2 or 3 matches in a row to let them catch up and overtake us to the title? I really think Spuds and their fans have very little to no honour or integrity. You'd surely want to know that you won the league because you beat the best versions of the other teams. Not because they rolled over to let you get your hands on the title?! Not, it seems, Spurs fans though.
Arkie Bennett Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 I wasn't properly listening, but at half time I'm sure Sourness was saying he played in the Liverpool team with 15 goals a year men Terry Mcdermott and Ray Kennedy. Just checked and neither scored 15 league goals in any season at Anfield.

I think their "line" was that all the other Prem sides raised their game against Spurs but rolled over for us - rather than we should roll over . Who knows what goes in their heads especially the pond life on fighting cock site

Well they are just not being honest and that argument can be easily debunked..When they played the bigger clubs, they dropped more points than we did vs the same teams FFS!? As for rolling over, that's why Stoke and Bournemouth completely surrendered to them during the run-in with pathetic displays. Even Mark Hughes saying it was an honour and a privilege to play and lose to them! As you say, who knows what goes on in their heads. But honesty is something they don't value, that's for sure.
StanSP Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 Aguero has the ball and was played to Silva (top). Took a deflection of the Sunderland player. Niall Quinn called this a 'tight' decision fvcking hell.
UPinCarolina Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 Blunderland are very much a day late and a pound short.
davieG Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 Sunderland fans walking out on 59 minutes after 2nd goal.
Vacamion Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 You have to feel sorry for Sunderland fans. They've been queueing up to be relegated for years and it looks like this will be their year. They've not looked like getting anything from this game. Their fans are streaming out after 60 mins.
Guest Col city fan Posted 5 March 2017 Posted 5 March 2017 Sunderland have nothing at all. The fact we lost to them shows the bad place we were in. They will finish bottom.
