The Year Of The Fox Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 Can anyone help me out with a reference number for this so I can get myself a ticket? Many thanks Stu
StanSP Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 would also appreciate a reference if anyone finds they can't go!
char123 Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 If, hypothetically speaking, I had a spare ST reference, are there any security pitfalls/dangers in passing in on to say, some random poster on FT?You should be fine to be fair because during the normal season if anybody tried to use the ref it would send the ticket to your address anywaySent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 If, hypothetically speaking, I had a spare ST reference, are there any security pitfalls/dangers in passing in on to say, some random poster on FT? Breaking the law technically, but no one really bothers checking.
Bayfox Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 If, hypothetically speaking, I had a spare ST reference, are there any security pitfalls/dangers in passing in on to say, some random poster on FT? In this case no As they only need ref and surname. To use again on Lcfcdirect they would need your postcode. To add it to account.

If they have an account and add it to friends and family. It will go to lead customer. Ie I use my mates account to purchase all tickets and they go to his address. Buying 2 or 22.
red5 Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 If, hypothetically speaking, I had a spare ST reference, are there any security pitfalls/dangers in passing in on to say, some random poster on FT? Yes of course, what's to stop them using it again?
stripeyfox Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 Yes of course, what's to stop them using it again? Suppose I could just buy another one and sell it (at face value)?
red5 Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 Suppose I could just buy another one and sell it (at face value)? Yes you could, or see if you can give to someone you know(have you got one)?
Bayfox Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 Yes of course, what's to stop them using it again? normally nothing, but in this case it's ref and surname and to use with lcfc you need ref and postcode, lcfc have actually been astute for once.
chapero82 Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 Hi guys me and my brother would love to take my dad who is going blind and never been to Wembley to watch the City play and he's 77 now would really appreciate some help please

Unless its changedSent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
Bayfox Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 I thought you needed addresss and postcode etc to add them to friends and family. Unless its changed Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk no to add to friends and family it has always been ref and postcode only.
char123 Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 no to add to friends and family it has always been ref and postcode only.Yeah thats what im sayin for the community shield you only need name and ref but to add to friends and family if they tried to use it in the future you need postcode so he should be okSent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

So couldn't use for aways next season.
ScottMGee Posted 4 July 2016 Posted 4 July 2016 Apologies if this has already been spotted and posted but the LCFC site has this listed as the 'Charity Shield' which is has not been officially for over a decade.
