Just has no energy, no motivation, no tactical nous, no desire to change a losing situation and he lives off one good friendly result every season. It's an absolute disgrace that he's taking 5m a year from the FA. You shouldn't need to be paid to manage your national team let alone 5 ****ing million. If he's not already handed in his resignation then he's a coward.
