GaelicFox Posted 12 August 2016 Posted 12 August 2016 Well Alli has now become Dele Sort if worry about this guys future , he has a serious gold digger hanging off him , his mam dad and wider Alli family sound like a liability add to his team will do nothing to ease the obvious flux in his life , those demons in his head at times on the field seem to be spilling over i suspect lots of spud fans will be pissed off if they have Alli on thier shirts ! quite a sad personal story really http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3736308/Dele-Alli-wear-Dele-shirt-season-Tottenham-star-says-feel-no-connection-Alli-surname.html
The Horse's Mouth Posted 12 August 2016 Posted 12 August 2016 that's nice of him, I'm pretty sure someone else did this gimmick though
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 12 August 2016 Posted 12 August 2016 Poor old Tottenham, only team to come third in a two horse title race
Tuna Posted 12 August 2016 Posted 12 August 2016 These footballers are something else aren't they, egos the size of former soviet republics.

Tight arse Alli only offers to sign the old one.
GaelicFox Posted 12 August 2016 Author Posted 12 August 2016 Replacing the shirt is the minimum Spurs should be doing

Fox92 Posted 12 August 2016 Posted 12 August 2016 Didn't he get adapted? ... I can sort of understand this.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 12 August 2016 Posted 12 August 2016 Don't understand why now?! Suddenly feels that way now and not when he turned pro? Odd

fuchsntf Posted 12 August 2016 Posted 12 August 2016 I hope he doesnt blow the gift he has been given. He earnt the hype last season, spurs had a top season last season. They cant afford to see their top player drift off into his own divo world. England need a quality star, I hope he doesnt throw that potential away..
jammie82uk Posted 12 August 2016 Posted 12 August 2016 It's a real pet peeve of mine when players don't have their surname on their shirts whats with all this first name malarkey or even worse when players have nicknames on their shirts should be no if and buts or stamping of feet like a toddler, your registered surname should be on the back of the shirt for him to change it now is just astonishing stating the name alli means "nothing" to him How can it mean nothing You have had that name for 20 years, for a name that means nothing to him it's plastered all over his social media The proper kick in the teeth will be for the people wanting the new shirts signed is that unless he's going to change it His signature even has alli in it its just ridiculous egotistical attention seeking

I know it's all modern marketing blah, blah, blah but bring back 1-11 shirts for match days and none of these silly squad numbers in the thirties. And while you're at it, black boots only please and oranges at half time
AyewJoking Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 he's probably going to copywright the name dele. the guy is clearly a **** but he can do what he likes within reason so lets put this behind us and move on.
goose2010 Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 I think Bentner did it at Arsenal as well but paid for everyone to have a new shirt! Imagine if vardy turned round and said he wanted Jamie on his shirt now he doesn't talk to his family! Ridiculous
foxfanazer Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 I want the kid to do well for England's sake but he seems like a proper bell. Doesn't help the fact he plays for Spurs I suppose
cityfanlee23 Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 Don't understand why people hate him? I think he's a class act and will captain England one day.
