The Year Of The Fox Posted 15 August 2016 Posted 15 August 2016 When the draws made on the 25th at 6pm will it include dates (Tuesday or Wednesday) as well as location or are the days agreed at a later time?

Jiggers the Fox Posted 16 August 2016 Posted 16 August 2016 Gives me time to back from work and watch it at least. For some reason this is the only stage where it's an early evening draw time rather than midday.
Dan Posted 16 August 2016 Posted 16 August 2016 Knockout draws are on Friday mornings I think, about 11am. Groups draw is a one off at 4pm on the 25th.
SwedeFox Posted 16 August 2016 Posted 16 August 2016 It's 6pm CET on the 25th according to this, which would mean 5pm GMT http://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/season=2017/draws/round=2000783/index.html

Foxes1 Posted 18 August 2016 Posted 18 August 2016 I bet we get Celtic as one in our group as it looks like they will get through

We are currently on BST (British Summer Time) which is an hour ahead of GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) so the draw is at 6pm CET ( Central European Time) which is the same as BST. Therefore it is on at 6pm here also. (sorry if you know the acronyms, thought it be easier to understand if I write them out in full also)
KrefelderFox666 Posted 18 August 2016 Posted 18 August 2016 CET is one hour ahead of BST. Therefore if the draw is at 18:00 CET it will be 17:00 BST.

kingcarr21 Posted 19 August 2016 Posted 19 August 2016 Good god this is confusing google is saying that 6pm CET is 6pm BST. CEST puts them always 1 hour ahead of us. Various places are saying the draw is at 6pm CET. So are people making the mistake of putting CET when in fact it's CEST? Anyway the UEFA website has confirmed that it is at 5pm for us which is 6pm in Monaco. Got it there in the end

RastaDog Posted 19 August 2016 Posted 19 August 2016 I'm on CET. It is currently, as I type, 10:39am. I am not a time traveller, believe me.
