Do the Owners still have faith in Claudio??

I don't know if I'm the only one thinking that the reason we haven't seen much action in the transfer Window is probably fact that Claudio had til tonight to save his job we win he stays we lose he goes?

I really wouldn't be surprised in the morning waking up to the fact that Claudio has either resigned or has been sacked and the owners have either got a successor or an interim til the end of the season?

I for one would love us to go for Mancini to take over but whoever it is will have a hell of a job to sort these sorry ass bunch of players ?

Regardless of how much they know about football they won't want to see us relegated and their King Power brand suddenly disappear out of the top flight.

I did think the reason why we haven't spent big this window was because they were unsure about how much longer Ranieri would be here for.

But that's just my opinion. I'm probably completely wrong.

They stuck with Pearson. I think while we're still in Europe and out of the drop zone he won't go. I've seen a few times the comment that we haven't spent much this month so that could suggest he's going. Conversely, surely immediately right after the transfer window is the most nonsensical time to sack a manager, as it's right after there's been a chance to bring new players into the squad.

We'll be in the dropzone by Monday and out of Europe within a fortnight.

Personally think they are soft, I worry that they feel history will repeat itself as they stuck with Pearson and that decision came good.

Problem this time v. Previous is we don't look like winning and are outclassed in every game, previously we was very unlucky with a lot of the season.

Start of the Jan window there was rumours of £60 mil to spend I think? I don't think the owners wouldn't spend because of faith or lack of it in CR. Would seem crazy to not back him all window and then give him to tonight to save his job too

Maybe the owners should turn up at the training down and roast this bloody shambles of a team. I reckon they will have mutual respect with Claudio and never sack him but if things didnt get better I think they would come to a mutual conclusion but I reckon they still back him.

I think this guy we have signed on loan from udinese is just a token gesture for the window and Claudio is on his way out and I also think that for some reason the players have fallen out with him for some reason and this is why we are seeing such poor substandard performances!

Not, and I don't know why I would be? Threads like this are going to be pure guesswork and speculation - the only time we'll ever know anything definitively is if Claudio is let go.

That's the spirit ? In all likelihood you're going to be proved correct but, whether you agreed with them or not, the owners stuck with Pearson when all seemed lost, so history suggests they'll stick with Ranieri, and that isn't me saying that's the right or wrong decision.

I've just said the same to a mate then seen your comment, the lack of activity could be an indication that the owners don't want to give Claudio an open cheque book this window as he may only have weeks to save his job, would players want to join if there unsure on the managers future???

i hope he turns it around but my optimism is fading rapidly

and  Brendan Rodgers would be my choice but I don't think we have any chance of getting him till the summer at least, which might be to late

I've been thinking that too.

Won't  even surprised if he's gone by the end of the week.

Player revolution!!

These over paid over rated prima donnas are in their own ways refusing to play for Claudio whether it's putting in a transfer request or playing SHIT to demonstrate their lack of respect for the man that guided us to a history making EPL win and to put  little Leicester City's name on that premier league trophy !!

Whatever the reason those players need to look at themselves and think hard and at the fact that they are earning £100k plus a week and putting out piss poor performances go home and play on their XBox and think they have earned that money they have been paid one thing tho lads you've robbed the owners and the fans this season if you think you've given us value for money, you deserve to be docked the next 6 months wages for your piss poor substandard piss taking performances!

Well that's obvious. The point of the topic is to ask for opinions not read the mind of the owners.
