The Wenger bit was pretty funny

Yeah, I thought the Wenger punchline was pretty good too.

People moaning about us sacking Claudio really haven't seen a lot of our games this season; we have been absolutely dreadful. And we still frickin love him!

It's quite funny to be fair…. Made me titter

i don't believe he's being overly serious…

The whole thing is satire, in fact Cantona is just satire these days full stop, I think he is quite funny myself, the stuff he did about England after the Euros was very funny. That video wasn't overly funnily but ok in parts.

The folk on here do love a reason to get narky though and this seems good a reason as any.

He might be wrong here but I love him. Absolutely beautiful footballer and top piss-taker too. Loved it when he kicked that gobby twat at Selhurst.

I hate him, but he is partially right. It was the players duty to give their best for Claudio. Because they didn't like his way, most did not give their all, which was disgraceful.

Water under the bridge now, and time to move on.

That makes him the perfect fit for us....Seems quite a personable fella.

We need someone who can deliver even more, hunting dog, Ostrich, oppo player Strangling, legendary action, to the press

Conferences, 1 season being too nice to Our media friends/sharks was a season too long....

Pearson and Cantona, now there is a team, ready and waiting to be unleashed upon this world of FOD fantasy...  :scarf:

I imagine it's been scripted for him and is supposed to be humerous?

Probably time to quell the the outrage at all these things and just carry on with our business.

Weren't people laughing at the video he made about England being shit in the summer?

If this was in a positive light, like all the videos about us last season people would be lapping it up.

Why are people bothered?! Seriously, I do not care how we are viewed by the media, pundits, fans of other teams and each to their own but I don't see why our fans are so precious over other people views. (I guess it's ironic i'm bothered about people being bothered)

All this sacking's done is strengthened my point that the media are a bunch of sycophants and a significant number of fans are sheep. Quite refreshing really when you know in your own head you know better.

Just glad we don't have our own fan to channel!

It doesn't help when Cliff Ginetta back his comments. The man (Cantona) said we wouldn't know what greatness is, if it came and bit us on the backside. That's uncalled for. I would've expected a bit of united front or no bloody comment at all.

He has the same right as you to voice his opinion.

It's called freedom of speech.

Erm, did I say he didn't? I disagreed with his opinion. Like you said, freedom of speech.

The comments are ridiculous from a man who behaved like a thug. He constantly opens his mouth without engaging his brain. Does Mr Ginnetta support this football club and its owners? Perhaps he longs for the days of league one and financial crisis. Why the Mercury print this fools comments is beyond me.

Who is more entitled to speak in the name of the fans of LCFC,

you or Cliff Ginetta?

He is the Foxes fan group boss and you are ...

I have read it. Perhaps Mr Ginetta thinks Cantona has got

a point?

Where is the problem? I mean, we are not living in

Turkey or North Korea, where no diverging opinions are

allowed.

I don't see your point. I don't think you can either. He is more than entitled to his opinion as is everyone else. Cliff would probably debate it out with whoever disagreed with them and than happily have a drink when that person agreed to disagree.

I struggle to see what your issue is. You support freedom of speech, than you don't, than you do, than you wonder where you are. Than you go back to supporting it. Take a seat mate. You've proved the point is a point and point worth making is a point worth making but it has to be made.

I could say exactly the same about you.

So what. I guess, we agree to disagree

on this one.
