HighPeakFox Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 I'm relatively unconcerned now about relegation, but I'm also annoyingly awake, so I'm curious as to what you all think our boys will turn up from their 4 away league games on the bounce. Difficult I know, since there are some unknowns involved...
09bballer Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 I voted 7 points. Draw at the emirates and thats doable.
Fox 4 Life Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 I think 4. Lose to Everton (b team) and Arsenal (we never beat them). Beat West Brom and draw with palace
HighPeakFox Posted 8 April 2017 Author Posted 8 April 2017 Yes, I must say WBA looks by far the most likely win.
HighPeakFox Posted 8 April 2017 Author Posted 8 April 2017 Just now, browniefox said: Draw with Everton and win the rest Loving your optimism.
Lovejoy Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 A win and three draws. Win will be 3-2 at WBA as usual .
Vacamion Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 22 votes and no one votes 12 points? Foxestalk, I thought I knew you better than that...
Countryfox Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 To be honest I can't think much further than this week ....

STUHILL Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Went for 4 as I think Arsenal and Everton will do us and having Pulis and Fat Sam, you know one will be a draw! I would have gone for 7 points if we didn't have Atletico sandwiched in between. Even with 4 points, we would only need 1 more win to make sure of safety IMO.

HighPeakFox Posted 8 April 2017 Author Posted 8 April 2017 At this point, the mean average has the consensus as 5.8 points, which means 6 afaic - I think I'd take that.
Ted Maul Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Gone for 4, but I honestly have no idea how we will approach the next 2. Wouldn't surprise me if Shakey went full strength against Everton to keep the momentum going, and they're down to the bare bones at the back with injuries and suspensions.
weller54 Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Draws at Palace and WBA, Losses at Everton, Manchester City and The Arse.
Milo Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Draw at Everton, beat Palace and West Brom and draw (?!) at Arse... ...feel we have great escape, not-lose-another-game momentum...
Vlad the Fox Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 I don't look beyond the next game, focus on matches one game at a time. Oh yeah, and we'll win em all, 12 points I say.

ealingfox Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Think 4 or more would be a great return really. They're all tough games and 4 or more should see us home. Does kind of make you realise we aren't properly safe yet.
Thracian Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 This will be a tough period and I still have vague concerns because unlike some, I don't think it's necessarily all over yet despite the fact that other relegation candidates will be taking points off one another. What reassures me most is having home games against Watford and Bournemouth. They are both in a similar position to us and I'm not at all sure we won't up in a position where to draw either or both of those games would ensure survival for all three of us. Cynical thought? No more so than deciding to field a weakened side in a match perceived as "lower priority" and playing a stronger team when it matters more. .
ARTY_FOX Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 12 points because we're the best thing that's ever happened to football to be honest.
Chico1958 Posted 8 April 2017 Posted 8 April 2017 Wow.......... I like some in here are just looking for the next game But all of them are difficult fixtures for different reasons Top and Bottom fixtures in there Everton looks to be the best chance of a win ......... as for Arsenal and Man City really not sure Brom and Palace I'd settle for two draws........ In essence I'd be over the moon with 5 points Here comes the Roller Coaster............... Again
