Ashley Posted 20 April 2017 Posted 20 April 2017 I would be interested to know Leicester City stance on potentially banning The Sun newspaper from our Ground and Training Ground. Liverpool, Everton and now Tranmere have followed in doing so. It is a horrible newspaper and they're a bunch of liars. They also lad with the 'Vardy - Jap' story yet print headlines that are deemed racist. It would be interesting to see the rest of the forums views on this too.

Guest Posted 20 April 2017 Posted 20 April 2017 Can't be bothered with banning it. Everyone knows by now what you get with the likes of The Sun, and to be fair, most other newspapers have their own bad habits. They just articulate them in different ways.

Its the reporters as more so than the actual newspaper that are banned from attending all press conferences/ media events...
stripeyfox Posted 20 April 2017 Posted 20 April 2017 Haven't brought a newspaper in years, or looked at one of their websites. I wouldn't wipe my arse with The Sun. Ban them, and the Mail, Mirror, Express etc but it won't make any difference.

Isn't the fact there was video evidence of a lad having a orgy a little different to a story saying scousers were robbing dead bodies a little different?

Liverpool and Everton are total hypocrites anyway, happy to take the money from the goals app from The Sun and Murdoch's millions from Sky.

Sky never ran a story blaming them for the deaths and accusing them of robbing dead bodies...
