Will kasper stay or go......?

There's a lot of "ifs" in there. I'd hope your optimism is rewarded but don't even get close to sharing it. A loan spell might help him. Do social services run a team?

Haha. Perhaps. If it weren't for the fact Walsh wanted him I would share your pessimism.

NotTheMarketLeader may have a point though. Two wives. Twice the arguments. Twice the passive aggression. Twice the PMS. Twice the birthdays and anniversaries to forget. And these days I'm not even sure I could do twice the sex. I'm not sure that would improve my professional performance in any discipline never mind premier league football.

You're critising him for having two wives when surely what you should feel is pained pity for the poor bastard!

I'm saying it might, just might, deliver dividends to support the man, support him not to show the milk of human kindness, but support him because he may become the high scoring striker we'd thought we bought.

Agreed re: wives.

Re: Musa. No get rid.

Hes taking up a squad place and wages, he's proven to be not up to the job.

If you are keen in giving people chances; let's do that with someone's else who looks a better prospect.

Eh, it's a good point re giving someone else a chance. But I have this nagging feeling Walsh was right about him, and we just need to put a little effort in for a big reward. If I knew Walsh wasn't actually that keen on him I'd wholeheartedly agree with you. He may be past the point of no return for us but the fact Walsh wanted him makes me want to give him another chance.

I prefer to have my own opinions not taking Walsh's word - not everyone he picked worked out.

E.g., Musa, Hernandez, Amartey all not up to the task they have been bought for (playing PL football to a decent standard) based on their time here.

I thought Amartey was someone else's pick? And I thought Hernandez was pushed out because he annoyed Ranieri. But fair enough: I've still never been convinced by Amartey but then I never thought he was a midfielder but a centre back. And I'd 7,000% take Walsh's word over mine. I suspect he's a better scout than me.

The point I was making was, we can't keep a player i.e. Musa just because Walsh signed him when all the evidence tells us he is shit,

and not worth keeping.

Amartey and Hernandez were Walsh signings, whether he annoyed Ranieri or not I don't know, but he left after not doing very well it's fair to say.

I personally would not take Steve Walsh's word at all if he said to me these had turned out to be good buys because they have not.

By the way you can't have 7000% of something as it only can be possibly made of 100%. (Not to be confused with a 7000% gain or increase which is entirely possible)

There's also evidence he was a lot, lot better than his current level of shit though.

And 7000 percent is 70 times as big though. Like if you cloned by body, gave me the same experiences and had a perfect replica of me. And did that sevety times. Seventy foxxeds. Excited? So, anyway, seventy of me, watching players at training grounds. Even those seventy of me, down the pub, conferring with each other, talking about a player... If Walsh came in, sat down and said GEERMIN, those seventy of me would go, in unison, "Well he may have been wrong about a few players but statistically he's bang on especially about players most would write off so let's give this player 200% more of the benefit of the doubt. Let's do what Walsh wants, guys."

Unsure but if he does go then it's either Pickford or Hart as his replacement for me.

Be gutted if he does but one of these two would help .

Can't help but notice his accent is progressively more West Country in every interview. I'd be gutted if he leaves us for Bristol City.

People saying he will go united but was once at man city and due to league positioning, champions league, that may well be a shout in the summer. Huge transfer window ahead for Shakey however, who we get in is going to be crucial, I personally think next season is going to be a hard one if we do have the likes of kasper, mahrez , vardy etc... leave.

Was it just me or was he sweeping the box and distributing the ball even more than usual yesterday? As if he wanted to impress Pep?

dot know about that but Pep mentioned in his presser that we are a very complicated team to play becaus of kaspers quick distribution. The opposition are always thinking about what happens when kasper makes a save. That's a tactical advantage we have that any replacement would have to be able to continue.

All part of him becoming a top Keeper. Especially since Christmas. I don't think he'll leave for anyone other that Utd.                                                                    Hopefully, they don't come calling.

I put a tenner on Musa being the top goalscorer on the league at 100-1  after that brace against Barca - goof value bet I thought at the time....not every bet with City comes off - enough do to make life a lot better tho - anyway - the boy may still come good

Won't win it, just like shakey won't win manager of the month

It's done on votes on BBC website, so it's possible if enough of us vote!

I really think so, the amount of times he passed the ball out along the deck when he usually smashes it was very obvious. That ball to Vardy was particularly amazing though.

Replacement for Lukaku?
