boots60 Posted 24 May 2017 Posted 24 May 2017 Brighton or Bournemouth bank holiday weekend. Any of the "big" clubs at home Boxing day.
foxy boxing Posted 24 May 2017 Posted 24 May 2017 what do people want an easy start of fixtures at the start of the season or a relatively easy finish!
RODNEY FERNIO Posted 24 May 2017 Posted 24 May 2017 Spurs away on the bank holiday weekend please and a trip to Wembley in the sunshine ... as long as its not 6-1 again

Wymsey Posted 24 May 2017 Posted 24 May 2017 Either Arsenal or Spurs at home would be fine In particular. See whether new and current players can make strong impacts and get a decent result from either of these.
Matt Posted 24 May 2017 Posted 24 May 2017 Spurs away first game please. It does sound like I have an obession with Spurs and i'm not gonna deny, I ****ing hate them, I was all positive going into the other weeks game about thinking we could beat them obviously we got embarrased but even so hopefully first game away, revenge, kick start their bad season at Wembley ... In reality we probably get tonked, embarrased once again, give them even more confidence and start them off on a great season at Wembley where they lift the PL

Personally I'd rather have an 'easier' start as the strugglers always seem to put up more of a fight towards the end as relegation looms.
truebluethroughandthrough Posted 24 May 2017 Posted 24 May 2017 As far as I'm aware, the champs always start against one of the promoted teams, as we did against Hull. 4 out of Our next 6 were all against teams that had previously finished in the top 6 the season before, it was a 'tough start' would be putting it mildly. Thats how the cookie crumbles.... What pissed me off was how the fixtures fell for the traditional top 5. If I remember correctly (unlikely) each one of them had only one game against a 'rival' in their first 8. Just felt as if the powers that be wanted us to have little chance of keeping momentum. Turns out they needn't of worried It'll be interesting to see if Chelsea get a similar testing set of fixtures to kick off with
LCCFox96 Posted 24 May 2017 Posted 24 May 2017 Don't care who we play or where we play them. Just want us to be the well-oiled, well-drilled side we were last season with everyone pulling in the same direction.
Hitesh Posted 24 May 2017 Posted 24 May 2017 I reckon we are playing Manure around September. Sky are doing a documentary on Vardy and want to air it just before/after a televised Leicester game. they'll probably choose United as we've had some high scoring games against them recently and obviously Vards got the record breaking goal against them.
HybridFox Posted 24 May 2017 Posted 24 May 2017 Chelsea at home first game of the season. Could either be a dream start or an absolute nightmare What a statement that would be though if we beat them

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 25 May 2017 Posted 25 May 2017 Away to Swansea first probably. Want Watford home first
Clever Fox Posted 25 May 2017 Posted 25 May 2017 Spurs away on that big pitch they'd likely score 10 against us.
Blodge Posted 25 May 2017 Posted 25 May 2017 Whichever team wins the Championship Play-Off I'd take at home first up, then going to Spurs early on in the season would be ideal, considering their move to Wembley. Ideal first 3 would be H) Reading/Huddersfield A) Spurs A) Stoke
BirminghamFox Posted 25 May 2017 Posted 25 May 2017 Brighton or Bournemouth away in the sun with BEER and 3 points!

Chico1958 Posted 27 May 2017 Posted 27 May 2017 Anywhere but Watford away with Silva's first game they'll be buzzing
