He’s a very strange dude but James Wade proves people wrong year after year, he just turns up miserable, chucks his darts and more often than not earns a lot of money each and every time lol

Made my work life hell over the years though when I used to work in that side of things…cvnt lol

absolutely battered him too. price was playing well to that point but he seemed to tweak his back in the semi, i wonder if that affected him

From his post match interview it sounded like was just drained mentally having to be at the venue for 10 hours.

I did see that, but he didn't seem to be stretching or touching it afterwards. Which you'd expect if someone has an injury, so I just assumed his belt or shirt were uncomfortable when he went to collect his darts at that point.

5 out of 6 games he had over 100 average with 109, 110 and 112. Some weekend for the lad. Good to see him do it on stage consistently for a whole tournament. The top level of darts has some ridiculous talent and depth and I think it'll only improve over the next 5-10 years with the number of young lads and girls that have taken up darts in the past few years.

Littler hits consecutive 170 finishes to win the Premier League night against MvG.

When he's on form, it's sometimes insane to watch.

it was outrageous. the first was good but to hit a second straight away. the kid is nuts

Don't think i've ever seen that before (and i've been watching darts for years!)......Can't think MVG appreciated it though!

Nothing that cant be resolved over a pint but funny to see Littler look an absolute knob haha

Standards tonight were insanely good. Great night of darts

Yeah, totally needless from Littler. Can understand the want to win everything but mate, you win enough to not get petulant when it's not going your way.

Really poor from Littler, glad he fluffed it. He's still young so plenty of time to mature but needs to check that arrogance a fair bit. And yes you need some of that to be a serial winner but I get the impression he wants to be a crowd favourite too which is already wearing thinner

Rotterdam in two weeks, I’m sure Littler will get a warm reception!

The main saving grace is that Littler is still 19 and still not developed his adult brain yet. You'd hope as he get's older that the maturity kicks in. He has to deal with a fair bit that your average 18/19 year old doesn't have to. It took Gezzy about 38 years lol

Van Veen is only 23 to be fair, but has the head of a 60 year old on his shoulders in terms of maturity.

Don't forget that Van Veen is way more educated compared to Littler. Don't get me wrong I like Littler but there's definitely a big gap between them in maturity, life experience etc. Van Veen has studied aerospace engineering and has a bachelor's degree in aviation.

Oh yeah, to put it bluntly, littler comes from a white trash family lol

Massive difference between the lads.

Littler is still young but he is starting to rack up a few on these incidents now. Hopefully he doesn't become as much of an insufferable bell as Taylor was(/is).
