I had a twisted testicle when i was 14. Not technically a disease, and not exactly recent, but still embarrassing. it happened 15 years ago, and i went to the doctors about 6 months back for an unrelated problem. The doctor took one look at me and said "ah, twisted testees! i remember you!"
