The first one looks like a painting, which is fine. 

 

The bottom one is a sculpture, completely different, no problem. 

 

But that middle one...

I'm of the opinion that Banksy, like Robin Hood and Jack the Ripper, isn't one person. Just a name assigned to a collective of people. More likely to capture public imagination if it's one mysterious person than a group of organised individuals.

Only if you arbitrarily ascribe it all that though, and only if you know the artist. You're basically being told what it means instead of it having any individual artistic meaning for itself. 

 

The average person looking at it just sees a meaningless load of random stuff that looks like it was found in a storage shed.
