I have no idea what people see in Slimani that makes them utter the words 'good player' in the same sentence.

 

At best he is a big lump of a target man who can head the ball. He has never been a 'good player' in any sense of the phrase.

 

He can't run, his control isn't the best and he never looks comfortable with the ball at his feet. His only use is getting on the end of crosses and that alone isn't nearly good enough for a club of our ambitions.

Slimani has the best goal/time ratio of the team. It's so crazy not to play him. Literally, all you have to do is dump the ball anywhere in the box and his head will find it.

You are here going around, puffing your chest calling people names, many posters were banned for less.  

 

 You seemed so triggered that I said puel will replace vardy in the future for a striker who is involved more in the play (passing and dribbling) Even though pep is trying to replace a better striker (kun) with Jesus for the same reason. Can't judge the guy's ability without a decent run of games, which he hasn't nor will he be getting with us. I don't think Ulloa is better but if we aren't going to play this type of player regularly i'd rather have Ulloa bench warming on his wages than slim.
