7s for most a comfortable win without really getting out of 2nd gear.

10 for Maguire... simply amazing and didn't put a foot wrong.. his best performance in blue and he's had some good ones.

9s for Ndidi bossed the game and Mahrez who showed his quality again.

Special mention to the ref, though he was brilliant, best ref I've seen this season.

I totally agree about the ref he let the game flow very impressed with him.

I would give 7’s all round McGuire MOM with a 9 and like you special mention to  Ndidi and Mahrez an 8 for them

I gave all starters 7 but Ndidi, Maguire and Vardy get 8.

Gray gets a 6, he was steady but didn’t do anything of note... Silva n/a, not on long enough.

Enough to assist Mahrez's goal and clear him the path though.

Schmeichel - 7

Amartey - 7

Dragovic - 7

Maguire - 9 (MotM)

Chilwell - 7

Mahrez - 8

Ndidi - 8

James - 7

Albrighton - 7

Okazaki - 7

Vardy - 8

Gray - 6

Silva - 7 (although only on for a couple of minutes, a great pass for Riyad's goal)

Puel - 8

Watford - 6 (they weren't that bad - Silva's been badly dealt with by the Club)

Ref - 8 (I agree with Aus Fox, he was very good - if you don't really notice Refs, it's a positive sign!)

It’s a n/a from me

I was more impressed with how he nicked the ball than the actual pass. I like Silva and looking forward to him starting regularly.

Funny how people see the game differently- I thought the ref was poor, constantly letting Watford get away with little fouls which actually disrupted the flow of the game.

State of that Janmaat dive, too.

Agree, also let them gain 10 yards with throws and free kicks and allowing them to take free kicks

When the ball was moving.

He was crap!

Have to agree. The game would've flowed far better if the ref cracked down on Watford's fouls early. They were constantly pushing, holding and generally being dirty cvnts. I'm not surprised they've got such a poor disciplinary record this season.

Totally agree with both, only a 4 for the Ref from me, quick to pull us up for soft fouls and break up the attacks.

Ndidi and mahrez were top for me with chilwell the worst for his 2nd game in a row.

Also thought the ref was awful.

Thought chilwell played well personally, especially first half.got us going forward and defensively resolute

This is pretty close for me.

Maguire easily the best, then Ndidi and Vardy. Defence had a great all round showing but Chilwell is a whipping boy for some like Gray who had a decent outing too. People will raise eyebrows that Mahrez has the lowest score despite scoring a goal but until then he'd basically done nothing for 80+ mins on both ends of the pitch. Thankfully he has the skill to do that and the team were good enough to allow it.

I thought the ref was poor too, we probably should have had another penalty and he seemed to be more generous to Watford. thankfully we were far too good for it to matter but still he wasn't very good;

Agreed, thought he had a decent game.

His influence was further back on the pitch, almost acting as a playmaker in the middle for large parts.

He was actually involved in most of our highlights. Besides the goal, I count two decent set pieces, two through balls to Vardy and the lay-off for Ndidi's chance.

That's decent output!

FIF tends to only remember what Mahrez didn't do and likes to show him in a bad light. He certainly wasn't as influencial as in the past games but was in no way a passenger (7).

Maguire was MOTM by a country mile though (9). Great shout to Amartey and Dragovic (8).

It wasn't aimed at an individual, as I see several have commented that Mahrez wasn't anything special.

Personally, I think his contribution was more telling than that of Amartey or Dragovic, who didn't have as important and decisive moments as Mahrez.

Sure, they might have been more consistent and more involved, but without Mahrez who made a telling contribution to both our goals we might not have won the game.

Puel praised him in the post-match.

Maybe this Puel guy doesn't know his football

Chilwell really needs to improve his final ball as its letting his game down so much.

He does, and its frustrating but if you forcus in what he does bad you will pick up alot, but on the other side of the coin ,, focus on what he brings to the team and IMO that far out-weighs his **** ups.

Chilwell is the sort of player that brings marmite to the fans.... Depending on when you watching HIM and what he is doing, defines on wether he is 10/10 or 5/10 player.

For me i really rate him and in time he will become a really good player... (pls let me quote this in 18 montha) xx

An interesting comment on RL's Monday show was that Silva's pass wasn't particularly incisive - however I suspect he could see the probability that Mahrez would do what was necessary...and so it proved.

A bit of a gamble I have little doubt he made, just like when you play and instinctively pass to a team mate, or not, based on your knowledge of their abilities and the avalaible options they actually have. He just went the other to lure out as many defenders as possible and/or  get either an eventual rebound if Mahrez shot or a cross.

Kasper 7 - Some decent saves and his distribution is underrated

Amartey 7 - Not a natural on the ball but I thought he dealt pretty well with Richarlison (who looked good)

Maguire 8 - Just fantastic. That stepover in the box!

Dragovic 8 - Getting better and better

Chilwell 7 - He's ahead of Fuchs for me now.

Albrighton 6  - Awful first half, great second

Ndidi - 8 Close shave between him and Vardy for MOTM. Excellent interceptions, got forward well

James 7 - Another steady game and involved in the first goal. Think Puel is instructing him to get forward more

Mahrez 7 - I didnt think he had his best game, actually. Fantastic goal showed why he is probably the best player we've ever had

Okazaki 6 - Some frustrating moments as usual but worked hard and is vastly improved this season even versus the league winning season

Vardy - 9 MOTM. Involved loads more in the game than in recent weeks. Took his penalty well, was a constant threat and worked exceptionally hard

Every single player is now more comfortable with the ball at their feet thanks to Puel and his staff.
