Remember when people were talking about him getting an England call up and now he isn’t even standing out at a struggling championship team Apart from being named their Player of the Year this year, but hey don’t let that get in the way of the facts.

HighPeakFox Posted 13 May 2018 Posted 13 May 2018 Why does a footballer get player of the year for reading? I mean, you know me and language and all that, but surely it's about what goes on on the pitch, isn't it? 1

I'm pleased that Liam Moore has improved his reading whilst at Reading. I'm also pleased for Neil Danns and Tom Lawrence who both won the player of the year awards at their respective clubs. Danns was rewarded for his ability to dig graves and lay people to rest. Whereas Lawrence won his award for being voted MOM in every game he played against local rivals. 1
