Not much benefit in selling him as we wouldn't get anything and he is probably on low wages here. 

 

I agree on sending him to a Championship side, but perhaps one of the lower clubs so he actually gets some game time hopefully. 

 

Nothing much to lose and he might start to perform, and at very least hopefully improve his resale value.

I think Kapustka could become pretty good under the right coach. Maybe give him time under Puel, who despite his flaws, is more than qualified when it comes to coaching youth.
