SAFC1 Posted 14 April 2019 Posted 14 April 2019 Crazy game yesterday with some shambolic defending. Genuinely could’ve been 8-8.

Guy needs help if he has done that and stepping away from football for a long time is a good option .

SAFC1 Posted 19 April 2019 Posted 19 April 2019 Some huge games today. League One is getting seriously tight at the top and bottom of the table.
Fox92 Posted 19 April 2019 Posted 19 April 2019 Bradford near enough down. Lost 2-0 at Cov. On the other hand, Cov only 5 points off the play offs and Doncaster are away at Sunderland tonight.

One thing I love about the football league. The general unpredictability of it all but I would hate to be one of those teams in that pack that could go down!
spacemunky Posted 19 April 2019 Posted 19 April 2019 Northampton up on Macs. Now we just need a goal here against Dons.
spacemunky Posted 19 April 2019 Posted 19 April 2019 Well, the other games went our way today, but not ours. Decent effort from the lads, but the Dons were always the better side. Tick tock..
MC Prussian Posted 19 April 2019 Posted 19 April 2019 That's Lincoln automatically promoted to League One! Congrats!

MC Prussian Posted 19 April 2019 Posted 19 April 2019 25 minutes ago, pds said: Weren't they already up after last match? Lincoln were on 84 points before today, Bury on 74. That was with four games still to play, so Bury could've caught them still if they had won all four remaining matches and Lincoln lost all four. Since this is now no longer the case with Bury only able to reach 83 points max, Lincoln cannot be thrown out of the Top Three and are thus automatically promoted today.

Yeah they were because Mansfield and MK Dons play each other on final day so that's one of the auto spaces filled up.
isaidno Posted 19 April 2019 Posted 19 April 2019 Made the long trip up to Carlisle today. Disappointing performance.

Should have told them before they celebrated on the pitch with promotion banners then!
SAFC1 Posted 19 April 2019 Posted 19 April 2019 Good win tonight and a decent performance. Aiden McGeady playing in League One is like a cheat mode.
isaidno Posted 20 April 2019 Posted 20 April 2019 It's almost like the bottom 3 in league 2 want to go down. Notts have the more favourable run in with games against Crawley and free falling Grimsby. Hope they survive.
