Shit atmosphere, feels like South Africa 2010 all over again.

 

Spain pressing hard, Iran defending well. Game's going in one direction only.

Without Greece at this Tournament I was looking for a team who defend for their lives and try to get plucky results. I wish Iran were a little less divey but I suppose it adds more emotion to Spain looking to right their sense of being frustrated

Quite amusing they are hanging on for a draw which you would imagine will be about as good to them as a loss but I guess while it’s 0-0 they’ve got a chance of a freak goal

Absolutely this. Costa, Busquets etc are the worst for that sort of bollocks, I’m enjoying this Iran performance.

 

Pougatch saying that Iran’s tactics ‘risk them losing the sympathy of the nation’ as well, load of crap. Why would they care lol
