If Iran win today, Portugal would not be through, as Iran could beat Portugal and it would then come down to goal difference if Spain then beat Morocco.

 

Again a Draw today wouldn't mean Portugal Iran would then play for a draw as all teams would then be on 5 points if Spain beat Morocco.

Spain do struggle to score against weaker nations who get men behind the ball.

 

They’ve been found out in recent years because they only have one way of playing. They don’t have enough pace or anyone who can actually beat anyone for skill. Hence why I don’t want Leicester playing like this. It’s way too one dimensional and difficult to play through teams from the back.

 

David Villa was such an underrated player for Spain, they’ve not really replaced his cutting edge. Costa is a good finisher, but he’s not in his class.
