I didn't even know about it til I saw the IGN review earlier (9/10) and saw it's another day 1 for Game Pass. Got it installing now, looking forward to trying it out later - I was a big fan of the 2D Zelda games and have read that Tunic is very much in that mould

Predictable delay for Starfield.  Shame, but I'd rather Bethesda got it right.

Yeah, I don't think it'll be the first delay either. The fact we haven't seen any gameplay whatsoever probably means it's some way off. 

 

Bethesda know more than most devs from the Fallout 76 nightmare about over-promising and under-delivering.

If Control is still available it's one of the best action games I've ever played.

What's your usual go to genre? 12 minutes is one I downloaded on the off chance, infuriating and addictive all at the same time

Oh dear.  Not meaning to rain on anyone's parade but having watched the first 5 minutes, another FPS, and finished watching the final 10 minutes of Starfield, another FPS/Fallout clone in space/robotic facial animations bore fest akin to Bethesda's work from over 10 years ago, I'm suitably unimpressed.

 

Bethesda and Microsoft are welcome to each other.  .lol

Some of it looks really good, some of it looks a bit rough

I was not particularly impressed with it. The combat and the fixed eye contact Botox dialogue looked like they'd been lifted straight from Fallout and the crafting/base building will doubtless be just as tedious.

 

Disappointed but not entirely surprised not to see even a tiny bit of Avowed but Pentiment looked great.
