Every bit as shambolic as last season. Almost as if introducing a metric that adds ultra scrutiny to every bit of officiating is fundamentally flawed. Another season wasted on this shite.

So flag went up ref blew whistle which means anything after don’t count so no var check lucky for the ref he appeared to be offside

It actually was offside, linesman did what you did in the good old days before VAR - flagged when he saw an offside.

 

I honestly don't see the point of linesmen at this point.
