Lamela's initial 'offence' and then reaction should have been punished moreso than anything Martial did. The fact the referee has bought it and then the VAR official has not said to the ref that the punishment's aren't equal is baffling to say the least. 5

Before his goal when he won it back, he played the ball to his teammate who played Son in to square it. In the past he'd have most likely turned and shot. The first goal with the quick free kick, in the past he probably leaves it for a teammate so he can get in the box so he has a chance to score. 2
