These pathetic swan dives after feeling a touch on their head/face are pathetic. They need to be clamped down on or put as simulation. No way was that a booking on James

It’s the new regulation. “If you you shout out in pain when anyone touches you, however lightly, the opposition player is awarded a yellow card”. There is an additional codicil for Tottenham players “The opposition player doesn’t actually have to touch you. If it looks like he might have come close to fouling you, even if there was no contact, you are entitled to claim a yellow card if you shout very loud, hold your face and roll around a bit”.

Good point haha

Still remember their fans declaring it a travesty in 2016 that 'the best team in the league' were going to finish second. Then they finished third.

No, they best team in the league finished top.

Giroud would have scored both of those.

For the third time in a row, the Tottenham defender has (IMHO) obstructed Abraham. The first two were by making no attempt to head the ball, but by just getting under Abraham as he jumps and pushing underneath him so he cannot effectively head te ball. This time it was Dier with his hand in the middle Abraham’s chest to stop Abraham reaching the ball. The commentator says “The defender did enough to stop him getting aN attempt in target”, as if it is all legal. Giroud may well have been stronger and resisted the foul, but is it not a foul?

Spending a quarter of a billion pounds and persisting with Tammy Abraham, is like us dropping Vardy and playing Slimani up top.

If Man City had spent that again on defence or something similar we'd be hearing about it consistently, but it's being framed as "Frank's revolution".
