It's a friendly. He can be experimental and choose vastly different personal but Winks and Phillips as the midfield is a bit too cautious, even for a friendly. 

 

Rather have Phillips as the defensive-minded midfielder and someone a bit more adventurous who likes to get forward more. Winks doesn't strike me as that player.
