Why does anyone buy the LCFC calenders?

My brother has got one and every time I visit, according to the month, I have to see Ayew/Carranza/Hamza/BDCR/Daka staring at me. By the time their month comes around, they´ve either left or you wish they had. :scarf:

It would be nice if YouTube flagged AI content.

I guess it's OK if using AI to illustrate facts, but I reckon there must be lots of pure AI fiction dressed as fact.

I've seen two 'documentaries' come through on my feed, each claiming some previously unknown 'facts'. One was about the Beatles, another about a incident in WW2.

Both were pure fabrication but were quite convincing in their portrayal, including of course, 'actual' footage and photographs.

Yeah true. I've seen fake everest documentaries that when you look into, the people in them never existed.

People who film themselves eating something and don't one of the following -

- Looking at someone else and nodding making a uh hummm sound or saying 'oh yeah'.

- Amplifying the sound of their chewing.

- Shaking their head and making loud sounds.

Infact, any weird and demonstrative eating that's been filmed.

I wouldn't mind if these people were terminated. I ****ing loath them.

So you're saying we should always do this when eating?

Strange.

Most viral tiktok/insta food content is grating. The breathy 'what I ate in a day in _____' is particularly irksome to me.

There’s some form of psychological research project to be had here. We’ve elevated eating food to something that people think is skilful and hierarchical.

Those nobs I was on about are performatively eating so everyone knows that, bloody hell, they’re really into their food.

The consumption of food has been going on as long as respiration.

Midland Mainline trains have issued a ban on people taking wheelie bins full of bottles and cans of alcohol to the Download Festival.

WHEELIE BINS????

I mean few crates and boxes... sure.

I once was medical cover at the Monsters Of Rock festival and witnessed the throwing of plastic containers full of piss over the crowd. Some were 5 litres with no cap. Imagine being under the shower of peoples urine.

Eating nice food is absolutely a sign of status and worth telling people about and only north European protestants think eating flavourless slop is morally right.

Considering that Heaven only has Elgar and Liszt and Hell has every other musician, he might be.

On related though, it's darkly hilarious how an idea of Reformation designed to give the monarch (and perhaps the people) greater freedom to eat, drink and fornicate as they wish (last one being the major plot point) ended up turning into Puritanism (and more  rulesas it did.

With players like Kante, Tielemans, even Fofana and even Mark Robins - if they've contributed to us winning a trophy I can't have negative feelings towards them at all. Maddison although he was consistently very good for us didn't really play much of a part in our cup win apart from the 4th round, and obviously wasn't around in 2016 so I don't really view him the same way.

There's a bloke on Instagram called James Demitri, great food recommendations, loads of greasy spoons and chippies, seems a nice bloke but his delivery is insane. Like sleep inducing

He’s probably the only one I do like but yeah he’s so monotone - some variation in his diction would go a long way

Thomas Cromwell wasn't a musician though.

Also, do you possibly mean Oliver Cromwell?

Edit: I get it now, you're talking about family legacy, not one person.

Still don't get the Elgar and Liszt reference though.
