Do you know another thing that actually pisses me off about this? We know where they usually land, so why not stick one of the CBs there?! And if the odd long one does go further, you have it pretty much in the positions that defenders don't like to defend and where attackers do like to have it drop?!

As stated before it’s difficult enough accepting our negligence in not signing a goalscorer but that is probably a little more difficult than finding a decent fullback or 2, it’s shocking that we’ve been left with such poor options on both sides of the pitch. 
We have 

Ricardo who is way past his best 

Kristensen injury prone and poor

Thomas who is just a weakling/poor 

Hamza a midfielder whose poor and out of position 

 

Rudkin has to be blamed for the lack of planning and forward thinking, no excuses for not having decent options at FB

Some players are soft but really good on the ball. Some are agricultural but can defend properly.

...Which is why I'd be intrigued to see him line up for Shepshed or Barwell or Anstey Nomads. 

 

He just doesn't have any feature to set him apart from an amateur. 

 

There's some tough players at even senior league, level 9 sort of thing. , Most pros could dance around through speed alone. Or their touch sets them apart. Or their game intelligence is next level. I'm convinced if Thimas played at that level, he'd still struggle.

That's unforgivable. 

 

You're a defender. You stand up big and strong and if necessary bundle the attacking player away from goal. He just got pushed over by a little, slightly built lad.

 

I can't think of a less able LB in our recent history.

Only person at fault is Cifuentes for continuously selecting him. He’s a non league footballer. He genuinely wouldn’t get in at Harborough Town or the Nomads

Just a hunch, but a little like Ward, he gives off the vibe of imposter syndrome.

 

His presence on the pitch. You can smell the embarrassment. The fear. The 'i don't belong here' 

 

On a human level, even for Ward, I feel for them. It must do a lot of damage. It's well compensated, sure. But the self esteem issues must crush the soul.
