I'm not sure there's ever been a player in the history of cricket who looks as good when he plays good shots as Zak Crawley, while at the same time looking as awful when he plays bad shots.

His stuck-in-the-mud wafting outside off is beyond offensive now given he's been playing Tests long enough to not be doing that any more.

He’s getting better with Age with the ball is Broady.

As is Jimmy. It's wonderful to see.

Also we have Stone, Archer and Wood all capable of the highest level (along with Robinson) when they sadly have to hang up their shoes.

Away from England, looks like Daniel Hughes might finally be getting a look in with Australia's white ball side, with the World Cup this year. Weird how they have this knack of picking players later in their careers and you know they'll be class at this level.

When your laying in a hospital bed…Broady spells, are just the full rack of medicine, one needs…

Now Anderson running in tomorrow,to eventually clean up…but Broady getting a 5fer first…

We have had Most batsman getting over 50,or just hovering in one Test.

That has not happened for a few years..Bazball is working ,because we are not flopping to 160-220 totals, anything hitting over 300 and in few overs can only be considered successfull…

It is frustrating when you see top 4,get good starts, but just miss out…but fans now are seeing players hitting at least 30..& not 8 or 15 runs..

And 2-3 batsman chasing records. One grumble…last 3 batsman(bowlers) have to up their average…our tail is not wagging like it used to..
Leach place is up for scrutiny, too low scores and rarely takes 3-4 wkts…now watch him get a 5fer tomorrow…

For this summer I hope we can trust our new young spin players.

Much more finely poised in the 2nd India Aus test. Pretty much even scores in both first innings.

Well it was, until an Aussie collapse - and game over
