Well, after being the equivalent of 3-0 down at half time against one of the world's best teams away from home two times running, England have won one 4-3 and lost one 3-2.

 

Now the thing is trying to ensure they don't go three down by half time in the first place next time, they've shown they can match India everywhere else.

This is the big thing, we were able to recover in the first test but you can't keep getting 250 when the opposition get 400plus. Especially against India in India.

 

A lot 20s and 30s as well which need to be converted. Crawley has played a couple of good 70s but needs one to be a hundred. 

 

Overall though, we are competing though which is what we want. Isn't Kohli back for next test? Just get's harder.

Big plus is how strong Hartley looks with the bat for a number 9, absolutely perfect bazball fit.

Yep, fair's fair. Maybe their home humbling at the World Cup has finally made the BCCI realise cricket's only going to be worth anything in future if you at least try to make things competitive to some degree.

Australia were cruising in this T20 against the West Indies, couple of big wickets for Joseph. Still expect them to clear 200 with ease though.
