Must be

...no way...should they go down, he will still be there!!!

They (his family) have done a great job to get them into this position. To not give him the season would be an incredible slap in the face, he is going nowhere.

Hello everyone, didn't know where to put this but felt this was an appropriate place. Wanted to give a quick plug to a friend of mine's initiative which I think is a really amazing thing.

A few months ago she launched the Vicky Park Queens which was designed to help women get into grass roots football. If you're a bloke it's really easy to find a game and often in my life I've always found that as soon as you say you play football you'll be invited down to a game. For many women this opportunity doesn't exist so this is designed to deliver exactly this. Link below.

They've also released some really cool shirts today which the purchase of which will fund them drive awareness of what they're doing - only £30, and if you enjoy weird obscure football hipster shirts, you'll love this. Not everyones cup of tea I'm aware.

Great initiative this is!

Like you say, as a bloke, all you have to do is say you play footie and someone will say "fancy a game of 5 a side next week?"

Making the game more accessible for women will only help improve the game in the long term.

This is good, over the last few years girls grassroots football has massively took off. When my daughter started playing with girls there was an handful of teams, now theirs a few divisions in her age group. But for women there’s nothing, I’ve heard of something in mountsorrel, woman's footy and a bit of social but that was before Covid and I don’t know if it’s still running. Compare that to mens and there’s a 5/6 a side league on every 3G and Astro pitch going and always teams looking for players.

Scott Booth wasn't the problem at Birmingham, so I doubt much will change with them.  They just haven't taken the women's team seriously in years, to the extent that they apparently have the lowest budget in the WSL per the article on Booth's sacking on the BBC website.

I could see Booth doing a decent job at Leicester, but I doubt Morgan is going anywhere.

Looks like the women have about as much luck as the men on the injury front.

Connie Scofield & Abi Grant are yet to feature through injury, Sophie Barker has missed pretty much all season and they've now lost Kirstie Levell, Lachante Paul & Hannah Cain to long term injury.

..  I hope they have not adapted any of the men's coaching programs!!!

Hard to believe any club can continue to have so many injuries on such a regular basis.

Worryingly I think we have adopted the same practices, we really need to take a look, at what we are doing behind closed doors.

Leicester putting some good moves together at times, and I thought that was a penalty when sigs was pushed over! Not much of an appeal and without the benefit of seeing it again at various speeds and 50 different angles maybe it wasn't! I wish Plumptre had decided to stay with England, I think she'd have been called up soon 🦊

How can the womens game grow when the attendance is nearly zero!

They usually play at KP not Burton so the attendance is going to be a lot less there.
