Looks like we might be getting there by fox travel, can anyone tell me if a few tinnies are allowed on the bus or is it a big no no?

It's against the law but depends entirely on the driver you get on the day. For the fa cup final almost everyone was drinking with the drivers permission. His only request was to 'be sensible' about it!

I have had the money taken from my account twice, received my confirmation email with tickets attached and just waiting for a refund on one payment. Tickets took about 30 mins to come through after paying.

£1.50 transaction fee and I have to print the tickets out. The club really does take the piss sometimes.

...isn't that because of the payment machine they are using, which charges on every transaction!!!

Passing the cost on to you, instead of taking the hit themselves is not exactly taking you for granted, but I can see how any additional cost against a stated price, can be annoying.

I've also encountered the same problem but money has been taken rom my account 3 times!! I've got the email with the ticket after 30 mins or so too. How best to sort the money situation, I've emailed [email protected] but no response yet.

My ticket purchase went through, but unusually no email confirmation 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have email confirmation now. Took about 50 minutes to come through, but all good.

Looks like we could be playing Man Citys 2nd string...

If they're not prepared to give the match proper respect, they should be fined heavily at the very least, as would happen if they purposely put out an under strength team for a league match.  That said, i hope we trample all over them if they do field a weakened team.

It's better than per ticket at least. That was a shambles at the time

you see that's why i prefer the hand sanitizer option. you do look at bit of a mentalist when you are swigging out of a hand sanitizer bottle though ;)

I think it's because half their team out out due to playing for their countries.

Just out of curiosity, what are peoples thoughts on Covid and the final in terms of risk / reward.

I really want to go however I had covid back around Christmas and my daughter (now 1) ended up quite ill and then there's obviously the worry of spreading it through the rest of your family.

I've had both jabs now, but am aware it can still be spread.

As much as I want to go, is it worth the risk as opposed to watching it at home without that worry?

Just interested from peoples views or any one with any idea how the England matches at Wembley or the FA Cup final effected them with Covid?

I've heard people say the biggest risk is the drinking in pubs beforehand?

Totally your own judgement really which I think is how it should be. Personally not at all worried.

Going to give this one a miss unfortunately as I think the risk of Covid is too high currently for a near full capacity crowd with the Delta variant in circulation. Even though I've been double jabbed it'll have implications on my work if I fall ill and I'm not prepared to take the risk for what's essentially a glorified friendly.

How do you buy the tickets? Can’t find them on website, tick ticket info for the match on fixtures page and it just takes me to a page for buying memberships and home away tickets.

It’s in the away ticket section
