It's against the law but depends entirely on the driver you get on the day. For the fa cup final almost everyone was drinking with the drivers permission. His only request was to 'be sensible' about it!
Itsthejoeker Posted 28 July 2021 Posted 28 July 2021 Still no email or confirmation on my profile on the website but they’ve taken the money from my account.
BenKimbo Posted 28 July 2021 Posted 28 July 2021 I have had the money taken from my account twice, received my confirmation email with tickets attached and just waiting for a refund on one payment. Tickets took about 30 mins to come through after paying.
Wrighty22 Posted 28 July 2021 Posted 28 July 2021 £1.50 transaction fee and I have to print the tickets out. The club really does take the piss sometimes. 1

Passing the cost on to you, instead of taking the hit themselves is not exactly taking you for granted, but I can see how any additional cost against a stated price, can be annoying. 1
HybridFox Posted 28 July 2021 Posted 28 July 2021 Are we the home or away team? In terms of what kit we're wearing

I've got the email with the ticket after 30 mins or so too. How best to sort the money situation, I've emailed [email protected] but no response yet.

If they're not prepared to give the match proper respect, they should be fined heavily at the very least, as would happen if they purposely put out an under strength team for a league match. That said, i hope we trample all over them if they do field a weakened team.
Paninistickers Posted 28 July 2021 Posted 28 July 2021 That was remarkably easy. Bargain too. 55 quid for 3 tickets. Thousands upon thousands left. So no rush for those who are waiting for general sale.

I really want to go however I had covid back around Christmas and my daughter (now 1) ended up quite ill and then there's obviously the worry of spreading it through the rest of your family. I've had both jabs now, but am aware it can still be spread. As much as I want to go, is it worth the risk as opposed to watching it at home without that worry? Just interested from peoples views or any one with any idea how the England matches at Wembley or the FA Cup final effected them with Covid? I've heard people say the biggest risk is the drinking in pubs beforehand? Totally your own judgement really which I think is how it should be. Personally not at all worried. 2
ian__marshall Posted 28 July 2021 Posted 28 July 2021 Going to give this one a miss unfortunately as I think the risk of Covid is too high currently for a near full capacity crowd with the Delta variant in circulation. Even though I've been double jabbed it'll have implications on my work if I fall ill and I'm not prepared to take the risk for what's essentially a glorified friendly. 2
Vlad the Fox Posted 28 July 2021 Posted 28 July 2021 How do you buy the tickets? Can’t find them on website, tick ticket info for the match on fixtures page and it just takes me to a page for buying memberships and home away tickets.
